Great customer service, the employee Charlie was very friendly and was able to accurately get our order, will definitely be coming here again!

No drinks arrived with our delivery. Went back outside but the driver had left already. Tried calling a ton of times but never connected.

Had the choice or any restaurant for my birthday. I chose Wendy’s (Romford) because I could 😂. It didn’t disappoint the burger (Baconator) in my opinion is the best burger you will find on the high street from a chain restaurant at a sensible price. I’d pick this over five guys. The staff were brilliant in particular Danny a credit to your company. Look forward to eating with you again.

Wendy’s is in a totally different universe to McD’s. It blows away the competition in terms of food quality, portion size and satisfaction. Of course it costs more, and you pay for what you get: a far better meal with a generous volume of fresh veg in the burger. Only constructive criticism would be to make the decor and layout a bit more comfortable and inviting to sit and eat.

They made my meal wrong (I ordered the crispy onion burger)and refused to refund the difference the extras would be. I did not realise until finishing my meal and they didn't care to refund the £2.19 or so I spent on nothing. This did not feel unfair and my order clearly showed the order as it should be. The fries were also under filled significantly and did not taste fresh. This branch used to be superb but quality has rapidly slipped (I had the fry issue before but accepted mistakes happen) I will not come here again and strongly suggest any of the options surrounding this branch.

Ordered the food at the screen in the shop,the staff are friendly, the man behind the counter kept updating me how long my meal would be,I had a double dave meal,everything cooked fresh and the fries were lovely and tasty,not greasy like some burger shops and the double burger was so full of flavor, slight pink to the meat...perfect and a very nice latte to..The tables were all clean...

The dave burgers are made fresh and taste much better than other fast food burgers, also the nuggets are delicious. The chap who served me was polite and helpful, think his name was Danny. 10 out of 10, highly recommended

Thought I'd try a Wendy's burger, and boy was it good, actually tasted like a burger rather than the trash you get in other well known fast food places. Store was clean and staff friendly, will definitely be back for more.

Wendy's are pretty rare in the bits of Britain I've been to. This is my first visit. Hands down, they beat McDs and BK. The burgers are great - a square deal, even - and the trimmings are not just an afterthought. The fries seemed less processed/skin on, and a generous double burger with a medium chips & drink was about £9 was refreshing in comparison. Staff were friendly despite the crowd - I love burgers again.

Ordered the spicy chicken burger with load fries with bacon and the chilli beef loaded fries with the nuggets. Very tasty food and why they say spicy chicken, it is spicy and nice. Wish the size could be bigger, but definitely enjoyed the meal. Clean environment too.

First time in Wendys Romford and we were served by Sai. I have to say that it was the best service in a fast food I ever had. He was so helpful and care a lot about us, he even offer us our cups first to have a drink while waiting for our orders. Great friendly guy :), makes such a difference in our experience.

Haven't been to Wendy's for ages but was early for hospital appointment. Ordered burger and chips and diet coke. All freshly cooked. As a bonus was given a free chocolate ice cream

Very good service, freshly made burgers and chips. Can't go wrong for a meal at £8. Better than McDonalds any day and I'd say just as good as Five Guys.

Max was very courteous, helpful in making me make a choice of wraps and was just more than an over-the-counter guy. I’ll patronize Wendy’s every other day cos of Max. He asked me how my day went and offered me a cup of water cos I was feeling sick. He was just so nice! Thanks Max.
