Wild Bean Cafe in Swindon

Literally always cold and/or wrong. Rude staff. Love BK but this branch is shocking. Go to McDonald’s or travel a little further and pay a little more for a service station BK.

Absolutely fumming!!! Pizza was undercooked and the cheese was like the pizza was microwaved, freezing cold and falling apart. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

This place only had one job... a simple burger and managed to get it wrong. Saturday night.. 10pm ish I needed food, Stopped here and ordered a few bits including a cheeseburger. Took 15-20 minutes and eventually food was ready. Collected the food and started walking back to my hotel. I got about 50yards down the road and hear someone calling me. One of the staff from pepes chasing down the road to tell me they have got my order wrong and put in a plain chicken burger and not the cheeseburger that I had ordered. He asked me to go back to the store with him so they could cook me the correct order. Having waited almost 20 minutes already I did not wish to walk back and wait another 20 minutes whilst the rest of the food got cold so I decliend his offer. He offered me 50% off my next order there which is pointless as out of town and visiting for 1 single night we live 100 miles away and going home the following morning. No offer of any other refun dfor the difference in cost etc.. Poor service

Please don't attempt to book at this restaurant or hotel, this was closed a couple of years ago and has recently been the subject of a large fire. Right next door to a retail park, guess what will happen next?

As someone with a disability, I did not like that I had to get a key to access the disabled toilets. Furthermore, the key they give you is massive and very noticeable. It made me feel uncomfortable. Do better
