Wok Express in Croydon

This was my Singapore chow main. Can't think of the words to describe the taste, worst thing ever, the others dishes were no better. However the sweet and sour chicken balls and the vegetable spring rolls made up for the other dishes

Slow service 1hr waiting time to be delivered then if you cancel the delivery they will not refund you for that! Bec "they're already preparing the food" but why is it taking so long!!! DONT ORDER HERE!

Worst beef in black sauce and mushroom noodles. Beef was tough and inedible, noodles were chewy.

Ordered tonight, Chicken Satay skewers which were spot on and delicious, however the chicken from the chicken Chow Mein, must have done a runner as no meat present at all. Just appeared all onion and noodles with a few bean sprouts. Very disappointed

I've ordered from wok express for at least 2 years randomly 🙃 but last night was my last. I very rarely write bad reviews, but after a near 2 hour wait,and to be told after 1 hour and half, I they couldn't tell me how long it would be until the driver returned-so obviously cold food arrived which quite frankly was dry n tasteless! I was truly upset I wasted £15.00 I wish I just ordered the Nandos I really wanted 😉

straight away the phone call was very unprofessional very rude i ordered my order but the man was very unprofessional and did not explain anything was more worried about the money i said i only had notes he said not my problem make sure you have correct amount very very very sad and disgusting service you should be very ashamed

I waited 2 hours for my order only for it to be delivered cold and undercooked slop!! Just eat customer service are useless only offering me £9 something back. In these times Wok express need to do more!!! I only ordered from here as my regular Chinese was closed for Easter holidays. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I received the worst service from the restaurant as well as the delivery driver. I ordered my food around 6:30 and it is currently 9pm and my food did not come. The restaurant continuously lied about where my food was and the delivery driver then called to say he was with my food still at the restaurant. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Never ordering from there again. If I could give no stars at all I would.

It was the first time we ordered. We were surprised! Very fresh vegetables, meat and seafood, delicious! I will repeat.

Egg fried ad sweet sour chicken are my all time favourite

Sweet and sour king prawn are amazing… special fried rice are highly recommend

I always get the Roast Duck in bbq sauce with egg or special fried rice all in one, and it’s delicious I would highly recommend

Took hour and half to come, it was the worst Chinese I've ever had.tasteless and horrible, dont waste ur hard earnt money . We used to use this place every weekend with the previous owners, won't ever go there again.

Just orderd from here and didnt realise until i got the food home that its changed hands. The food when collected wasnt as hot as expected the chips were over cooked, cold and by the look of the colour of them the oil could do with changing. Not one of the items i ordered was to the standard of the previous owner. Spiced smoked chicken was dry tasteless and like rubber. Salt and pepper spare ribs just tasted more of salt then anything else. Waste of money but now i know that was my last visit.

I've ordered twice now from Wok Epress..and they haven't disappointed me yet! Food cooked to perfection.. tasty as always 10/10 food always fast and piping hot and with a smile!

Gutted it’s been taken over by new management just no I’ll never order from here again! tasted rank and I’m being totally honest cheap cold and the portion sizes are completely different Tasted horrible Be prepared Sad to see the old management go! Waste of my money 😠

Rubish customer service and till receipt coming with Chinese language and can't understand what it says exactly. Poor service No more recommendation to others.
