The toilet needs attention. A better clean and empty the bin. It was Lunch time when we arrived, the bin was overflowing with rubbish. The nappy collection bin was very unpleasant. It was very smelly and needs emptying. The toilet needs a good clean. The food and coffee were good.

Completely fabulous! Best mocha ever! Friendly and efficient customer service ..... we will be back (probably tomorrow) Dog-friendly too!

Cold , tasteless not sure I even got a Chinese? Honestly tasted like a ready meal from Heron . Actually that’s not fair on Herons. Ordered at 17.50 and we said we’d be back at 18.45 , got back @ 18.40 to be told 15 to 20 minutes!!? Now if they were cooking it fresh so you would expect it to be piping hot after a 2 minute car trip… alas no between 22 to 30 c tested. Put in dishes and into the oven. (This point wishing I hadn’t wasted £40 and gone to Herons) hoping the taste would make up for everything, yet again bitterly disappointed. Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had .

Whilst visiting Louth we stopped at our usual cafe for tea, coffee and toasted teacakes. The cafe is located in the middle of the market hall in a lovely location. One of the best thing with this cafe is you can take you dog, far better than leaving them in the car. The waitress even brought out a water bowl for Rowan and a couple of dog treats. In these troubled times the cafe complies with Covid rules and we felt safe. Next time we will stop for our lunch.

Visited on Christmas Eve for a Birthday treat for my Aunts 89th birthday. Was surprised they didn’t do Scrambled Egg or fried Bread. Ordered Breakfasts but was disappointed No Toast which you usually get, half a cut fresh Tomato no oven cooked tomato or even tinned Wouldn’t recommend for a nice English Breakfast service wasn’t the best and it wasn’t busy!! Had some toast once I got home was still hungry😰

Ordered gourmet steak well done very fatty not cooked still see the blood in it mushrooms cold chips cold and the Pepsi flat not happy with the service

Amazing authentic Italian pasta was incredible as was pizza and calzone would be coming again for sire staff helpful and food was quick

Ate here on Saturday night. I have been twice before and thought the service was fairly good. This time it was poor. The staff obviously don't want to be there and are absolutely clueless with zero charm or customer service. The only male waiter was rude and walked out the door and sparked a cigarette up when I asked a simple question about our food waiting time, never to be seen again. The ladies behind the bar and waiting tables were good but the food was poor and the wait time was 30 minutes for two simple dishes and it wasn't busy at all. It was dead. I think the food is over priced for a little bit better than weatherspoons and the same calibre of staff also. Won't be visiting or recommending it again.

This is our third visit to this takeaway, we have recently moved into the area. Today however our take out order was poor! Plenty of hard chip bits! I like chips..not bits..Half of my tray of? Chips was for me inedible. The portion looked good. But lacked quality I don’t want chip bits! I want good honest portion of food not bits of edges of potatoes!

Lovely clean store large seating area. staff really friendly Tracey i believe manager. Coffee great and you can't fault chicken mayonnaise sandwiches. Just passing through on route to Grimsby. Thanks Geoff

terrible service waited nearly 40 minutes for breakfast. when it came it was swimming in grease. One of the waitresses was petty a customer's dog(love dogs) but it was licking her hand and she carried on clearing table after. Tried to use toilet upstairs as that's what we used last visit but a very rude woman said it was now a tanning salon? so go downstairs. Won't be visiting again thanks !!

Food getting worse . Burger looked like it had been thrown into box . We also ordered loved fries with ham and cheese cheese was OK but the ham was stringy .ordered desserts pretty ordinary. I Won't be a return customer. There's plenty of other quality burger take aways to use instead of your establishment. You need to up your game.

Best in Louth. Always hot, fresh and great quality. Family always very friendly. Highly recommended.

So very disappointing ... alot of the fries where burnt and the chicken kebab wasn't nice at all. The chicken was tasteless and the pitta bread was soggy
