Charlotte gives great customer service. She recognises us, chats to us, and makes us feel right at home. The food is always spot on. We love visiting after the cinema or before our food shop. Fab place!

Truly awful. Cold pizza. Cold sausage rolls. Cold cheese slices. Cold everything. Complained to head office....they were even more useless than thus awful shop. Apparently Greggs serve everything cold unless you purchase when it's fresh out the oven. Don't be fooled by the lights in the display cabinet, it's designed to look like a hot hold but in fact everything in it is cold.

The place looks very inviting, traditionally decorated with a huge selection of cakes. Unfortunately the food that was served was very underwhelming, bland and basic, dumplings were greasy and tasteless, bacon and scrambled eggs just about cooked. even the cheesecakes we took away promised so much but delivered very little. The one saving grace was the sourdough bread, fresh and very good. Maybe we didn’t choose the right things? But probably won’t bother again.

Another place to visit for a drink. Good location next to the railway arch. Good service by good staff team. Plenty of seating, and reasonable prices.

It proclaims that it is a free house. That means that they are not tied to 1 brewery and can sell various ales. No ales for sale don't advertise what you haven't got

Amazing breakfast with Santa. My Daughter absolutely loved it. Will definitely book again for next year! For the price and quantity you get was incredible

Just not right, the food was undercooked and the food was cold yet they refused to replace and wanted me to buy more food. How it even makes sense, flabbergasted! Fraud

Loud, annoying and irritating barmaid promised me a drink and even said it was 'on the house' yet she was never to be seen again, shocking appalling and frankly disgraceful service from the worst pub in town. STEER CLEAR

Lovely meal delivered, but why do they always pack the ice drinks with hot food? By time the person has delivered the food is cool and ice has melted.

wrong order money overpaid very disappointed

Food was nice, but had to wait 30 minutes for our order, only for it to arrive barely warm. The restaurant was quite cold inside too, so it didn't really feel nice to eat as it was too cold to enjoy. The staff was polite, and in their defence it was a bit busy, but for me personally it was too long to wait for a fast food place, and given my order was small, I don't expect hot food, but warm food would be nice. I ordered 2 children's meals, a chicken sub with coke, and chilli cheese bites.

1 avoid cheap nasty pizza , late, missing parts of the order , cold , minimal toppings . After 3 attempts still missed part of the order and did not offer an apology or refund. The pizzas looks like they were short of toppings the cheesy garlic bread was a joke, the main large pizzas only had toppings in the central area and even the sauce didn’t extend to the crust. Obviously this establishment is looking to make the most out of customers and doesn’t care as long as it is overcharging and not providing the goods that were purchased.

I ordered from Albert St Mansfield this evening , email confirmation said 8.30pm delivery and still no delivery at 9.30pm . I phoned the branch to discuss and asked for the manager only to be told “ they’ve been sacked “ I asked about my order and was told I’d be better off collecting it . I declined and cancelled the order but as I ordered online I had to contact Pizza Hut direct to get my refund . Disgusting service .
