I have Complain so many time about online delivery not getting my mango fruits Ripe when it say ready to eat ,its hard or near half like Frozen .Wilted vegetables like not fresh fews days old .Order sainsbury organic tofu and I find a hair in the middle after I cut and fry it !Now put me off buying there brand

Staff need lessons in customer service.I stood on my own at the counter waiting to be served while both of the staff were stood together looking at pictures on their smartphones.When my wife told them that a customer was waiting she got a childish and petulant"alright I'm coming"!! I walked off in disgust and won't be going back.A shame you can't give a zero score because this place deserves it.

Worst experience in a long time. Charged us also for the slice of bread that in must places comes as included but the worst thing is that the two ( one six item and one eight items) breakfasts were cold and got even colder as we waited for the coffees and final best bit is that when my wife asked for the bread to be toasted the answer was “no, is going to take too long and I’m busy now!” Really a place never to go back to!
