Have usually been very pleased with food here but last night Chicken Tikka Saag was more mild than medium. I ordered a Chicken Chat starter and a Chicken Tikka starter was delivered, there was not even a mint dressing sent with this. What has gone wrong with this place.

Absolutely awful - special fried rice was just boiled hard rice with some meat thrown in. No flavour. We ordered two Thai dishes that were just fried battered meat. Wouldn’t even give this a 1 out of 10.

Ordered garlic chicken curry tonight and it was by far the worst meal I have ever tried to eat, I had 2 mouthfuls but couldn't stomach anymore, such a shame as I've used them many times and their restaurant in sleaford is awesome....but tonight's take away has ruined their reputation as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely awful food tonight

Ordered at 6.15pm for a 7.30pm delivery. Arrived 8.15pm. Called several times and standard answer “ it’s on its way”. Arrived Warm not hot. Really felt so sorry for delivery driver, I always tip but didn’t as I was so mad with the service from restaurant. Won’t be using again.

We order from here regularly but this driver who’ve I’ve never seen before has got an attitude that stinks. Think he needs to learn basic manners! Appalled!!

Hi. I asked for green tea & was given green tea with mint. Took this back to the counter to query this & was told ‘it is green tea’. I asked to see the box of tea & it clearly said mint green tea. I asked if they would consider changing this to camomile tea instead, which they did. I said thank you but absolutely no response from the server when this camomile tea was placed in front of me. Disappointing customer service.

Food was nice , but they always forget the Dip I ordered from them 6-7 times and asked for separate sauce they forgot 3-4 times No sauce with chips = No life lol So please double check when you send order

This Taco Bell on the crossroads opposite other food outlets was fantastic but unfortunately is permanently shut and boarded up now.

we don't mind late arrival but food came completely cold. very disappointed for the money we paid.

Ordered takeaway and we were missing a burger (a Big Mac as well which is more on the expensive side). EVERY TIME we ordered some sort of takeout at this restaurant something is missing. Where is the organisation? Most annoying thing is that when we called the restaurant and contacted the virtual assistant on the app they said we have to contact Uber to get this resolved. This was not Uber's fault! The delivery driver was great - right on time and polite. The bag was closed and locked with the cardboard so the driver couldn't have lost anything. This was the restaurants fault for not putting it in so I do not understand why Uber and the delivery driver is being blamed for a mistake that's not theirs.
