Service was quite slow, restaurant was practically empty and drive thru was also not busy yet it took about 15 -20 minutes for order to be ready. When order of 4 regular size McFlurries (£1.69) arrived the quantity was shockingly small. Even after a complaint which led to the manager on duty topping it up I couldn't believe how small it was. It's time people call this out and stop buying this as it's a rip off!

Went for a quick bite the other evening and enjoyed my visit a lot. Charlie was my server and was very informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing time with family we were given our own room tasty food would love to come back we were a large family group thank you so much for looking after us - thoughtful and kind staff.. ended our meal with capuchinos excellent to finish with churros 😋

I am sure the breakfast ingredients were good quality, but even my local greasy spoon knows not to serve breakfast on a cold plate, and it is this reason they got only 3 stars on the food rating, on the plus side the are friendly & welcoming

Omg so happy we found this little gem of a place. The staff are amazing, the food was delicious and just a cosy peaceful evening meal, will definitely come back, so welcoming .

What to say, the food was delicious and well cooked, you can see why this place wins awards! (and generous portions too). Service staff were excellent. I’ve booked some duff restaurants for my wife’s birthday in the past, but this one was a success.

Went for my dad's 60th. I went with my dad, grandad and aunty. Nice place to get together for a family meal or meet up with friends and family.

The Rose and Crown Charlton we had Amazing food, Amazing staff, probably the nicest Sunday lunch I’ve had in ages. Definitely worth a visit
