Paula the waitress was very friendly and kind, I ordered a sausage bun and it came very quickly and was tasty thanks to the chef Shannon! Would definitely come again.

INCREDIBLE party pizzas. Adults and children alike were so impressed with the quality of the party pizzas. They arrived hot and on time, and were well worth the money. I would highly recommend!

I would not go back there. I bought fish and chips last night from that place and I only live 10 minutes down the road, when I got home and went to plate it up I was given a load of cold grease chips that was not fresh, the fish looked lovely. I bought it back to them and said is this what I paid £8 for? His argument was that I must have lived further that 10 minutes and that's why they went cold and looked burnt... Tell the truth you gave me LEFTOVERS. But did not think I would return to complain about it. He didn't even apologise just kept looking at the chips and blaming me. £8 I would never recommend that place to anyone.

Good resturant and food and service is good. Food is super tasty. Price is a bit high but affordable with a discount voucher. Could be a regular resturant if prices are reduced.

Beautiful location, lovely interior, tasty food. Went there in the hope for afternoon tea but with 2 tables in a very large dining space been told nothing available and have to pre-book. We ordered their pizza instead which was tasty. Atmosphere a bit sad, Sunday afternoon very quiet, but even if it was busy it would have been nicer if they wouldn't have stuffed every single crevice with a table and chairs. Staff clueless, from ca 5 people we encountered only one seem to have been working longer there than an hour ago. (Kids menu? Don't know. How to get to the riverside terrace? Don't know, is there one?).

A pleasant chain coffee shop with the usual pros and cons. Staff are generally engaging and friendly but, visiting as we do at various times of day, we note that sometimes staffing levels seem far too low, resulting in tables laden with dirty plates and long queues. You more or less have to take it for granted that often you will have to clear used crockery off your table before you can sit down. Not a massive thing, but it happens much more often than seems appropriate considering the price of a latte!

Missing half my order and when complained to Just Eat they said there’s nothing they can do

Was recommended this pub by a friend. Really looking forward to a pub lunch on a Sunday afternoon.. Completely disgraced and disappointed on arriving. Utterly disgraced by the TLC on the sofa chairs by the window ( where we sat).. sofa covers ripped seeing yellow polyestiring in seats fraying.. 😕 Friend was told pub was not doing food?? Any reason for a Sunday afternoon, could chefs be having a day off.. Very very disappointed we both were, summing up a few gents in the restaurant area having beers. Bar lady serving drinks watched me and my friend exit the pub seemingly un-concerned… Glad I’m not a local definitely will not be returning.

Visited A1 foods again go every 3 months as I live far, usually have a good experience, Carmine and the brothers are always friendly and polite, how ever the lady behind the cheese counter was rude and acted like she did not want to be there. When I asked for a certain cheese saying I couldn’t see it, she answered “it’s right in front of you “ in a very rude way, then weighed it and handed it to me without saying a word, her customer service skills are non existent. A polite how can I help? Or what would you like would have suffices.
