Dont waste your money!! Ordered 3 pizzas and dips, only half our order arrived as the delivery driver had given our pizza away and gave us the wrong pizza. Dips missing too. Also missing some of the additional toppings to one pizza. Ok, things happen... We called up to complain and was told they would remake the missing pizza and send immediately. They then call us back over half hour later to ask again what we were missing! They had no urgency to remake the pizza so we asked to cancel the order and they promised a refund. Nearly a week later no refund processed. Called up yesterday and was told the manager would call back within an hour. No call back. Awful customer service, I think they have no intentions of resolving and are fobbing us off.

Utterly unacceptable... placed our order and after 2 hours we still had nothing and with 700 attempts to call to call them with no luck I dicided to drive 15 minutes to get my food. Once arriving they took 5 minutes to come and speak to me. Phones were off the receivers (probably why i couldn't get through). When they finally spoke to me I got told the driver had left 15 minutes ago and my food was out for delivery. So I left and drove 15 minutes back home to there still being no food there. After a further 30 minutes (that's a total of 3 hrs after we placed our order ) we finally got are lukewarm food with the wrong bottle of drink. If it was possible to put a zero i would but a 1 will have to do

Thay stay open till 1am. & food is excellent & good price also. Fast service & great kebabs' highly recomend' if suddenly get hit whith a doner craving.

Excellent new refurb; same friendly welcome and delicious Sicilian food. Tasty and different breakfast options and of course wonderful coffee. The pasta is exceptional and well worth an evening visit too.

We ordered a chicken kebab with salad and a donner meat and chips with salad while we were up visiting family. It was late night and most other places were closed. They delivered to our hotel- rang Jen they were there and I met them outside in the car park- a few minutes late. The chicken kebab was good, small pieces of chicken in a good, well spiced marinade. The donner meat was well cooked and seasoned as were the chips. Good salad on both with cabbage, onions, pickled chillis, tomatoes and cucumber. Glad our usual kebab place (in Aston Clinton) no longer exists because I was happy with this takeaway!

DO NOT EAT HERE. i ordered a pizza, never came and they still charged me. Then when i try to call they hang up on me without hearing me out. Horrible place dont order or eat from here

Ordered food took hour from order not all delivered and it was warm and boxes looked like they had been thrown about, had to phone for rest of food which was delivered but we had lost our appetite, will never use Pizza Hut again

we have place the order, what did not arrive in time. we have called them and they said will be with us in few minutes after half an hour we still didn't receive our meals and they didn't pick up the phone any more. very poor and unreliable service. finally we found our food was damped front of our door, cold and don't know how long was lying there. simple disgusting.

In a competitive market, good food at sensible prices, and they will cater for parties. For us, it's sometimes a shipping order for a cricket club. We chose to collect, but if we had been better organised they would have delivered.

Our food turned up cold , no salad or sauces and scraps of meat .Absolutely disgusting looked like someone’s left overs in a box . We called the shop in which was told we had to speak to the manager who wasn’t there and he might call us back . I would give this no stars at all .How do they get away with it ?

We booked a meet and greet with father Christmas here after seeing their adverts online. The only thing that matters to us is how good the santa is, not the elves or gift quality ect, just that the santa looks really good and has acts the part. The santa advertised walking around the garden center looked and sounded amazing, therfore we booked. Only to turn up and have what I can o ly assume was Dave the caretaker in a suit that cost £10 on amazon and the least convincing beard I have seen, he said next to nothing to the children and with what he did manage to say got their names wrong, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THEOUGH WITH WHAT YOU ADVERTISE.

Have used this McDonald’s for the past 20 years and in the past year or so it has become a shambles. My last 15 orders or so I have had to park up in the waiting bay. This McDonald’s is not fast food anymore. Shame as it used to be the best McDonald’s in the area.
