The best restaurants in Abbey South Norfolk East of England

Excellent Chinese tonight from Fortune Wok to celebrate the Blue Moon. The sweet and sour saurce really brought out the flavour of the Chicken Balls.

Loved the Halloumi salad with sweet potato fries. Brilliant to get a change to the normal lunch choices. Lovely clean space. Really nice staff & super clean toilet.

Nice and friendly and overall I would rate. Has limited tables, but then most of the coffee shops in Wymondham are the same. Nice cheese scone and would deffo come back. friendly team as well, always good.

My husband and I visited Wymondham today and planned to eat at the Green Dragon, and although the website shows it's open from 12 till 10pm it is in fact appeared that it was closed for good.

Food was cold on arrival and items missing.

We have a takeaway from here at least twice a month. They do often arrive quicker than the estimated time, drivers are really polite and friendly, food is perfect temperature and we live a 15 min delivery away. I always have the BBQ, chicken, bacon pizza, I really like it and I'm fussy. Hubby has the half pounder burger, and some fried chicken, must like it he always orders the same, my son likes the chicken and lamb Donner wraps, cheesy chips. I don't know why there aren't a lot of reviews. I'd give them easily a 4* +

Very disappointing. Have guests staying from Europe who were very excited to have fish and chips. What a let down, large chips small, regular kids portion. Anaemic chips and bitty. Quite frankly felt embarrassed. Large chips £4.20!! Same size as regular. Will avoid in future.

Food is always good, staff are polite and friendly. Have been going here for years. Great selection of food option. Highly recommend the chow mein! & the chips & curry sauce always lovely.

Not good very disappointed £ 23 for rubbish ribs very small amount of chicken and some sort of undercooked potatoes

Went into this place .. she hole .. be warned ... do not go unless you want to catch something.... dirty filthy place .. broken windows etc

Service was good, pizza went in the bin. Same issue as elsewhere in town, tastes like frozen pizza, but frozen cheap pizza, like really cheap pizza, would of been happy if it tasted like Dr oetker, or goodfellas, even a Chicago town takeaway (which are trash), but no, was even worse than a Tesco £1 job, which I'd of still ate as it cost me £1, and I ain't wasting money, but this! Was not suitable for human consumption, left me well annoyed, and £10 lighter! Would of rather been forced to spend it on San Miguel and drink it, well maybe not that extreme, but it was as disgusting.

We had takeaway thin crust pizzas delivered from here with no problems. Food was good, hot and tasty. No complaints from us.
