Waited an hour and a half for them to try and deliver cold food and when I called they didn’t care it’s a shame because I’ve been buying from there for a few years but won’t use again

best American meal ever I would recommend it to tourist because it gives a good taste of what London can do with food

Food arrived quick but it was cold. I ordered the breakfast. The sausage was frozen in the middle. Husband tried it as well. Haggis, toast, mushrooms and black pudding were cold. I ate the potato scone and the eggs. I probably should have sent the food back but we were in a hurry so just ate what I could. This is a shame as it used to do really good food. On a positive, my husband enjoyed his lasagne. However for £35 I would expect to eat my breakfast. Lady serving was nice.

The chef had finally retired and is selling the restaurant. However Hee's Take Away is still open across the road. That runs as a separate business under the brand. Farewell to the restaurant.

I have just left Yummies Mill Hill because I walked in unaware I was not allowed my dog, who I was actually holding, and was very aggressively told to leave. The man was so rude and unwelcoming and refused to even get the stuff I wanted for me. There was not a single other person in the shop either. Shocking and unkind

In the weeks since joining virgin active we have been looking forward to coming here. Unfortunately every single visit the staff have been rude. At the weekend I got told “you should have listened to me” and today the worker laughed at me when asked about the children’s menu. Absolute waste of time going here

Hicimos un pedido al 2 : 00 AM ya que su sitio web indicó que estaba abierto. Esperamos dos horas, sólo para averiguarlo a las 4: 00 AM que su tienda cerró sin cumplir con nuestro pedido. A pesar de esto, las £ 40 que gastamos todavía se llevaron. Esto es inaceptable. No solo perdimos el tiempo esperando, sino que también nos quedamos sin la comida que pedimos. Este nivel de servicio es profundamente decepcionante y no refleja las normas esperadas. Pido amablemente un reembolso completo de £ 40 y una explicación de por qué ocurrió esto. Se agradecería que se adoptaran medidas inmediatas para abordar esta cuestión.

Fantastic place!!!! Service outstanding .Special by our lovely waitress Tara ,who make our dinner very pleasant.Food is tasting so delicious .Every member of the team was fantastik!!!We realy enjoy every second we spend there.Highly recomended to everybody!!!

Had a tea from Starbucks no problem, the toilets are dreadful, went for a pee, the place stinks, needed a sit down but could not bring myself to use the cubicle wc’s. No hot water to wash hands in. What a ….hole.

Really nice service and delicious food

We come regularly for shisha and collected 7 stamps as part of their loyalty scheme. We came for our 7th shisha which should be free however we were told this scheme has now been scrapped. Absolute poor service, they do not value customers or loyalty at all. Not worth coming back. No real vibe, always empty.
