Best quality best service, staff are amazing

I was with my family on Saturday night, it wasn't that crowded. My parents arrived earlier and were waiting for two guaranás at 1 hour and 30 minutes. I arrived, placed my order and received it before them, THEY WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR TWO GUARANÁS at 1 hour and a half! So far ok. There was another table that came after us and they got their food before us, I went to question the guy and he said he would check (but didn't come back to tell us if the order was placed or not and how long it would take) after After another 30 minutes of waiting, I went to ask again and he told us that there was nothing in the system! Soon after, he launched it into the system, but it took a long time and we went to complain to the owner who always said “just a minute” in total we waited 2 and a half hours for 2 cod fritters WHICH ONE TURNED OUT FIRST AND AFTER 10 minutes the another was sent! My husband and I ordered a plate and it was horrible! The meat was like chewing gum and everything was cold, the garlic bread looked like they hadn't even heated it! When I asked for my bill I said I didn't want to pay £46 for the plate and the owner told the staff to give me a discount of just £10. Service was horrible, food was poor quality. The least they should have done was remove the £46 from the plate (which we didn't eat) I'm disappointed with the flavors! You should feel ashamed responding to your customers like that! The time we were there was to honor a colleague of ours, we have been a client of yours for some time. And yes we complained about the food being bad before paying, I have nothing to complain about my drink. If you notice, I complained about the waiting time for my parents' drinks! That your waiter informed me that the girl who “took” the order didn’t put it in the system! It's very easy to say that you can taste it in order of order and time when your waiter placed the order in the system 1 hour and 30 later You could be really “aggressive” and take my comments and those of other customers who also didn’t like the food or the service and try to correct the mistakes, instead of saying that you want to try something (which even then doesn’t make sense). I always looked dissatisfied, unlike what you said. And I went to the bar to complain again because when I did it at the table no one did anything. Thanks

Hemos estado dos veces en este lugar, ambas para tomar tés de burbujas, y en ambas ocasiones ha sido una pesadilla tratar con el personal. Se equivocan en los pedidos sin importar cuántas veces los repitas antes de pagar, sin embargo, dicen que lo pediste de la manera en que te lo dan, ignorando y desestimando completamente al cliente. Esta noche, pedimos un té de burbujas sin hielo, viene con hielo. El otro estaba destinado a ser caliente y grande, me hicieron un té sin tapioca - artículo principal de burbujas, de lo contrario habría pedido un té. Mi compañero le dijo al personal que pedí un té de burbujas grande y caliente, la señora simplemente vertió el contenido en una taza diferente y agregó tapicoa, no un recipiente grande e insistió en que mi pedido no era eso. Nos rendimos y nos fuimos. No le daremos una tercera oportunidad. Definitivamente no es el servicio al cliente adecuado.

Visited as a family with 2 young children Positives Gails offers a bakery choice in willesden green, when there is an absence of alternatives. We eat regularly from there, chosing from their range of baked goods and coffees, as in Willesden Green, where else can we go? Their sourdough bread is nice enough, as are their range of bakeries, and coffee isn’t bad. Negatives 1) no cash business 2) The company are fine with having one person on a laptop treating it like a home office nursing a cold coffee all day on what should be a table for 4. So it can often be a challenge to find anywhere to sit if you want to eat in and try their cooked selections. I contacted them, and said, hey, on sundays god said to have a day of rest, so how about a no laptop day so people can get a seat who might want to eat your range of hot foods. Company response was that they don’t care, which is a terrible attitude. We now go further afield more often than not.

What a lovely toasted sandwich, fresh bread and quality ingredients. Great coffee and good value too. I'll be back!

Amazing pizza should definitely go try

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cokes deal after a busy day in London tonight. I had missed off the sauces so I phoned up and said I would pay the driver on delivery. Said they would sort it all out for me no hassle, very friendly staff on phone and pizzas arrived in like 30 mins! Thank you so much.

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered on line and the food just didn’t arrive. Waited for close to 2 hours before it was marked as delivered. If you actually want to eat the food you order DO NOT order from here. Disgraceful!!!!!!!!

This easteuropean reastaurant has definitely some nice items on the menu. I would recommend it to anyone. Prices are reasonable.

Ordered Chicken meal via hungry house. Meal delivered by mixing chicken, rice channa together. Pathetic taste . Chicken 65 looked 2 days old and rotten. I just thrown away food which I paid more than 10 pounds. Please never ever eat with these people.

I have ordered some food today for a delivery. I’ve got the wrong Ice cream. I have called straight away when I realised and no one picked up. Then I tried to call again and a Ahmed ( it was a woman but I’m sure she didnt give me her real name ) picked up the phone. I explained her that they gave me the wrong item. She was like “why are you calling after one hour?” Which I found really rude. Then I told her I tried to call earlier but no one picked up the phone. She’s been really rude to me saying that they don’t have the ice cream I want in the shop and saying again that I should have called earlier. She was really really rude to me. I am very very upset

Ella dijo que estaba en camino hace unas dos horas. . . Pero ahora el restaurante está cerrado. : ( Entonces ordenamos  2 x cuadro combinado de hamburguesas  1 x caja de demonios  1 x maxi hamburguesa  2 x piezas de pollo Pero en cambio recibimos  1 x alas de fuego  1 x envoltura de pollo  1 x papas fritas picantes Resulta que estropearon el pedido y nos dieron la comida de otra persona a quien probablemente le dieron nuestra comida. Intentamos llamar al restaurante. La dama no podía entender una palabra de Englis. Ella nos decía que la comida llegaba a pesar de que esperábamos casi dos horas y colgaba cada vez que llamábamos (once veces en total). Finalmente, dijo que la tienda estaba cerrando pero que la comida todavía estaba en camino. Pues no lo es! ¡No recomendaría este lugar para nada a menos que quieras que tu comida se pierda y tus llamadas y consultas queden sin respuesta!
