Creo que este lugar tiene potencial para una buena comida, sin embargo, debido a lo que parecía ser un nuevo personal o la escasez de ellos, la comida estaba fría. La hamburguesa y las patatas fritas estaban frías, pero habíamos esperado mucho tiempo y queríamos seguir con nuestro día así que cómalo de todos modos. Siamo andati a visitare Londra e come zona dove trovare l'hotel abbiamo scelto Hammersmith.Oltre ad essere una zona ricca di pub e ristorantini e anche molto viva.Volevamo mangiare tipicamente inglese e quindi abbiamo provato qualche pub.Il BLUE ANCHOR è quello che ci ha accolto con più calore.Direttamente sulle sponde del Tamigi, il pub si sviluppa su due piani, al piano terra il classico pub inglese, al piano superiore una bellissima sala con vista sul fiume.Tavolo per 8 (4 adulti e 4 bambini) serviti dal un proprietario caloroso ed molto ben disposto ... non sono purtroppo tutti cosi.Abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto.Lo consiglio, se siete in tanti ed inizia il we è meglio prenotare.

Called here for a few drinks prior to New Year festivities by the Thames River. Wanted to buy a second round but was told they were too busy to accommodate us! Upon checking, when leaving, they had numerous spare tables and didn’t appear too busy. If we’d had food I feel we would have been shown more courtesy but, we were about to spend more money, so it’s their loss. Would we go again? Absolutely not! Poor hospitality.

I will never go back to this place. My daughter and I went there late in the afternoon to have a cup of tea. Whilst we were taking place in the bar, the waiter asked if we wanted water. We said yes and supposed we would get a bottle of tap water. We got a bottle of water and without we could say one word, the glasses were already filled. I decided to not say anything and choose a tea from the menu. We both decided to go for the lemongrass and ginger tea which was delivered rather guickly at our table. We poured some tea into our cups and seriously, it tasted as …. Well warm water. I had a peek into the pot and I really needed an hourglass to find the ginger. The lemongrass was cut into tiny pieces and didn’t smell at all. I called the waiter to ask for some more ginger. He took the pot, made a walk towards the kitchen and came out at the other side and brought our teapot back. The mixture inside looked exactly the same. In my opinion, he just added more warm water. As I didn’t want to make a scene, we drank the warm water and left as soon as possible of course after paying a lot of money for cold and warm water. I don’t mind to pay for a good plate of food or drinks but this was a joke and a real rip off. The arrogance of the waiter and what the entire place breathes is overwhelming and they don’t deserve our money nor visit. I will never go back there again.

I realise that this club has now closed, however I still feel the need to make sure this is known, as I am unsure of who to complain to.I booked an area for my birthday in October 2019 and the service was okay. However one of my guests became drunk and became friendly with one of the bartenders, (I believe his name was Jordan or Taylor?) and was given his number. The bartender then finished his shift and wanted my friend to leave the club with him. Another of my guests, who is of Indian heritage, asked the bartender to leave my friend alone as she was drunk. The bartender then proceeded to call him a p***.Absolutely appalling. I have not returned since as I do not feel comfortable doing so. This is a great disappointment as this was a club that I used to enjoy.

We celebrated our Saint Valentine with a typical English teatime. Choice of savory sandwiches and sweets where abundant, included were two glasses of Prosecco. We felt that the greetings received where kind of cold but then the Italian waiter providing our service made it up. Although we understand we where not at the Savoy hotel the price was quite expensive.

We came here out of convenience as we were seeing angels America part 1 and 2 and eating at the terrace worked well for us, and boy we were impressed! The food was amazing, centred around small plates (very decent sizes...we are two 30 something...

Nos metimos aquí para tomar un par de copas, nadie se acercó a nosotros después de esperar demasiado. Mi marido fue al bar y pidió una martini por la estrella porno y una cerveza. La mesera dijo: "Tengo algunas cosas que hacer en este momento". unquote no realmente nuestro problema debería haber tomado todavía orden, creo, marido se sentó de nuevo nos quedamos otra vez, entonces como una niña sirve la próxima mesa la agarramos y pedimos bebidas, cuando recibimos la factura nos habían cobrado 2. 00 para que alguien camine seis pies hasta nuestra mesa a pesar de que habíamos tratado de tomar una copa en el bar, obviamente parece que no quieren que se sirva a las personas en el bar que quieren cobrar el servicio. Soy un experto en estrellas porno y, francamente, no sabía nada de eso. Preguntamos a Bill y nos dieron las dos libras pero no nos impresionó la actitud.

Absolutamente terrible experiencia. El personal era grosero, y el precio de la comida no era ni de lejos vale la pena. Izquierda sintiéndose completamente decepcionado — no recomendaría a nadie.

Love going to El Vino in Blackfriars. It has been a regular of ours for many years. The food is great. The staff are so friendly, courteous and can't do enough for you. It's got that oldie woldie charm of how a bar should be run. Well done to all.

Went there for dinner with work colleague’s . Great food as usual. Particularly Steak and Pasta dish were really good. We also enjoyed some snack.

The staff here is totally amazing. They really make you feel welcome and know everyone in our group by name
