The food was nice. The service was very considered. The coffee is truly awful. Change the beans/machine or whatever the problem is. It's very expensive at 4.25 an espresso which makes it even more disappointing that it's so rank!

6 stars for the Paper Moon penne Pasta. We walked in without reservation, they accommodated us kindly. The hotel and design inside and outside is beautiful - perfect for nice pictures with the Christmas tree in the center. Staff and manager were really kind to us. We ordered the margarita pizza, burrata, white sauce truffle linguine and Papermoon Penne Pasta. I did not even have a bite of the truffle linguine because the penne was amazing. We ordered a second plate because of how much we loved it. Our chef came out to thank us for our compliments and even gave us a free third portion of the penne pasta. So sweet. Small gesture but so kind of them. Please visit!

Couple of little niggles. We waited around 25 minutes to be seated after our booked time. In fairness, we were given a free drink - firstly, prosecco - however one person is in recovery, one doing dry January, would've nice to be asked alcoholic or non-alcoholic Then when the drink came it kind of smelt like wet dog HOWEVER - As soon as we were seated everything was perfection. The food, the decor, the ambience, the service. So, putting our initial welcome down to a blip. Would go again

We had the seafood tasting menu at Quilon, and it was absolutely wonderful! The flavors were exquisite, and each dish was beautifully presented. The service was attentive and elevated the overall experience. The only slight letdown was the dessert, which didnāt quite match the exceptional standard of the rest of the menu. Nevertheless, a memorable dining experience, and weāll definitely be back to explore more of their offerings. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!

Hereās the translation of your experience into English: Iāve never had such an experience at Pret, but this place truly gave me an unusual experience. All I wanted was a receipt. The server told me they would give it to me shortly but never did. When I went back to ask for the receipt, they said I needed to talk to the manager. When I asked the manager again after a while, they said they couldnāt give it to me because of a system error. They offered me a receipt they already had, which was for Ā£5.99. I told them it had to be the exact amount of Ā£5.90 because I used a business card. They then suggested charging my card the same amount and giving me the receipt so they could refund it afterward. I asked why the manager couldnāt do it with their card, and they said they didnāt have one. I insisted it wasnāt my fault and demanded the correct receipt. Eventually, they charged the amount to their card, gave me the receipt, and then refunded it. While this was happening, someone else sat at my table and touched my food, so I couldnāt eat it and had to throw it away. Is it normal in the UK for a customer to request a receipt and not be given one? I canāt understand why asking for a receipt is such a problem.

Talk about a bar that screams of class and Sass clubbed in one. I have barely liked Mocha drinks in London, But Mocha here hits the spot. Second visit here. First was for drinks. Gaurav came to the rescue and suggested a good old glass of Brandy with warm water to fight off throat soreness. A brilliant suggestion indeed. Shoutout to Gaurav, Sourav, Parag, Jay and Manthan, for their constant warm and welcoming attitude. They have really raised the bar for hospitality and truly exhibiting #Tajness! Will definitely visit soon again.
