The best restaurants in City of London, Westminster London

The taste is religiously good We stayed at the Taj Hotel for a different experience and the House of Ming is attached. We love our Dimsum/Yum Cha and this is truely next level in taste and texture Don’t forget the cocktails! The price… well for the price of a couple of steaks anywhere in London you can have several dishes here and better environment ! Our waiter Prasad was first rate in service and knowledgeable Highly Recommended

The place is very cute as advertised by other pictures. I personally ordered a mocha because I am a fan of coffee + chocolate and I can say I’ve tried more than 50 different coffee shops. This one deserves a 8/10 in my opinion and let me tell you why because it may be a 10/10 for you. I could taste a strong coffee flavor which I love but I am not used to in a mocha, and the chocolate at the bottom was silky so the overall combination was really nice. I would truly recommend this place if you are going to have a chat with a friend, maybe not the best place to study. Great option in Covent Garden. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Post Christmas relaxing weekend in London. The detail in everything is stunning, the staff are so good at what they do so well. The rooms are spotless and so nice, the beds just heavenly.

A Hidden Gem! The Library Bar is an absolute treasure! We met up with our friends for drinks who came from NY, and the experience was nothing short of magical. The moment we walked in with our two dogs, we knew we were in for something special. First off, the atmosphere is incredible. It's like stepping into a luxurious living room where you can relax and unwind. But what really blew us away was how they treated our dogs. The staff went above and beyond, rolling out the red carpet for our four-legged friends. They provided comfy bed, fresh water, and even treats! Our pups were living their best lives, getting so much love and attention from both staff and other guests. The cocktails were expertly crafted and beautifully presented,. What sets the Library Bar apart is their incredible hospitality. They made us and our furry friends feel like VIPs. It's rare to find a place that's both upscale and so welcoming to pets. If you're looking for a unique spot to enjoy fantastic drinks in a dog-friendly bar then look no further. The Library Bar has set a new standard for us and we'll always look forward to going back!

Great hotel with great service! Everyone in the staff was very accommodating. Pradeep at the bar was great! Others at the bar and reception were amazing! Will definitely stay here again! Rooms were a bit tiny although that is expected in central London. Location was good, few minutes walk from Buckingham Palace

What an incredible place and people to work with!! We had our wedding there 2 days ago and had the most amazing time!! The staff are truly professional and the best possible!! I cannot recommend it any more, it is the best decision in our life after the one to get married! Sarah was our venue coordinator and I feel like she is a very very close friend now! She helped us with everything on the day and beforehand! She is just the warmest, nicest person ever. She made everything not even easy but a pleasure to organise! The chef was fantastic, the food was just outstanding and waiters were so classy and professional!! I don't have the words to explain how much I recommend this place and the people there. They were all like a family! They were all so careful with us and so accommodating! We loved every second of our day there!

Great cafe, great space for laptops and really nice coffee but omg I was freezing cold. It felt like there was no heating. Edit: didnt realise the rest of my starts didn't go through!

Just the perfect place for dinner. Wonderful relaxed setting, great ambiance and the team are fab!😍 Nothing is too much. Lamb dishes are melt in the mouth as well as lobster, chicken menus. Prawn starters are first class. Huge variety on the menu so you will be spoilt. You will not want to leave😃

We went for Christmas lunch and it is one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. Excellent at every course. Robert suggested the Dellamotte champagne and that was exceptional. Pem has shot up to the top of our favorites.Will be back for many more.

Wow…most satisfying meal I’ve had in ages. Despite coming in later in the day the food was super fresh and so yummy. The shop was very clean and well presented. Well done guys, I’m a very happy lady tonight.

I came here as the reviews and ratings were good, however, the cocktails were okay but the service was disappointing. At £25 per drink, I expected a little more from the staff when I asked for a quirky and unusual recommendation from the list rather than to just say, ‘it’s on the menu’, which was a rude and unhelpful response. It also took awhile to get their attention to order and pay the bill, especially given that it wasn’t that busy. As an avid cocktail drinker, there are better cocktails and service else where, this is not one I would recommend.

I come here for lunch every week, super friendly staff, amazing selection and great value - I recommend getting here early because it can get very busy!
