The best restaurants in Hackney London

We visited for a work event, there is a check desk on entry, coats and cases can be put away. There is a lift up a few floors and stairs to reach the top floors. There are private rooms and areas around the bar for seating. The place is dimly lit and fairly quiet. We were told membership may be required for general visits. The food was amazing but the drinks were a little costly for my preference, for a one off visit it was fair. The place was great for our work event and the team who supported during the day and night were very friendly and accommodating and helpful.

High quality halal wagyu burger with a unique sauce. Tenders were fresh but a little oily. Good choice

Ive been coming here on and off for 7 years and the service is usually brilliant. It’s easy going and a ‘come as you are’ attitude. I went in for the only thing I’ve religiously gotten for years, a full English. I was about to sit down in a a booth and a lady told me to sit on a singular table (fine), it was quiet I didn’t think asking for a booth was a stretch. Then I asked for the full English and she said they do it past 3pm. I told her I often visit and have had it a few times past 3pm and she talked over me saying she’s worked here 1 year she knows. And gave an oxymoron of an argument that they only cook a certain amount…. Well they can’t have used them all up if it was empty? There was no let me speak to the kitchen or the manager to see what I can do for you, I just felt dismissed. Even if the rules had changed being bossed about where to sit when it’s quiet and told I’m asking for something ridiculous is not good taste. The bike shed it usually a lovely place with great service and a nice atmosphere however the girl with the pony tail and reddish hair let you down today. I never would have spoke or dismissed a customer like that when I was a server.

Fantastic, friendly, professional, like family, wonderful food, incredibly service, a credit to the owner, all of these comments plus hundreds more are still not enough to clearly state just how nice this restaurant really is... The floor team are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of being served by ...like as if eating with family... well done , amazing thank you

Really enjoyed the tasting menu. The beef wagyu was the highlight and the dim sum was delicious. Really great service and great atmosphere Would definitely come again

Estafar a los comerciantes. Evita como la plaga. Dieron cargos por servicio individual por bebida, en un grupo grande, intentaron cobrar por la comida que no se recibió, y luego trataron de agregar un recargo adicional de £ 100 además de los otros recargos. No sé qué ha pasado con este lugar, pero ya no vale la pena. Su codicia ha destruido el restaurante.

Tuvimos tanta suerte de dar un paseo - en la mesa y lo compró no decepcionó! De principio a fin la comida era inmensa y si vas no te pierdas el pan más sabroso. El ambiente era fantástico, el personal era tan acogedor, amable y atento. No puedo esperar a mi próximo viaje a Londres para poder visitar de nuevo!

We went there (first time ever in Dalston) to see Dan Sultan. Pleasant bar upstairs and compact music area downstairs. Very casual and friendly, eg a lovely lady offered her high stoll to my wife, who'd taken a painful tumble a few days before. It is very close to the Overground station and we just caught a Gunnersbury train back in time.

Vino a tomar cafés y consiguió pasteles gratis. El personal era muy amable, y el lugar es muy funky. El jardín trasero es un lugar perfecto para una taza tranquila en la niebla del bullicio y el bullicio. Precio razonable.

Deliciosa cena improvisada en este lugar encantador. Gran ambiente, viendo desde los taburetes de los bares como los chefs hábilmente preparan y sirven la comida. Comida italiana fresca y auténtica servida con estilo y pasión. Una verdadera delicia.
