Will never order from them again. Placed an order a month in advance as a suprise gift for a relative. The parcel was delivered to a different resident at the same address as the recipient but it came in fully branded packaging which the recipient saw on the ring door cam. So the surprise was ruined. On further inspection, I discovered the items which were delivered were not at ALL what I had purchased, almost every single item had been substituted and no one had the courtesy to let me know. I chose my order specifically based on the items listed online and it didn't state anywhere that items could be substituted. I contacted CS and was offered a 20% discount and 10% refund. A discount is useless to me as I will never buy from them again and a 10% refund when the wrong items were delivered is not good enough. Appalling. Will avoid like the plague.

After 20 minutes waiting for our chicken I asked for our money back. The person serving didn’t have the authority to carry out a refund so we had to write down personal details on a piece of paper, totally against gdpr guidelines. The queue was getting longer by the minute due to the server taking orders whilst the understaffed kitchen tried to prepare food. Several people were asking for their money back due to the total chaos. Absolute rubbish. Will not be going back.

If you want a steamed coffee here be prepared for a long long wait, frantic activity at the machines, queues of customers waiting, seemingly served randomly, many ordered after you while you wait and wait I waited 5 minutes whilst everyone after me was served to be told it will be just 3 more minutes I said forget it and left I guess that’s one way of boosting pret profits Idiots like me leaving their coffee This isn’t the first time this frantic non activity has happened here, maybe it’s the training or the logistics but you get the feeling no one cares No worries I won’t bother you again I hope someone senior reads this You need to look at how this place is run …
