The best restaurants in Fortis Green Haringey London

Found this restaurant online and thought the reviews were pretty good so me and my partner went for a meal here. It ended up to be a very average italian restaurant. I had the mussels to start which firstly smelt fishy which is not a good sign. The starter came with a thin slice of bread, like from a loaf bought at a supermarket. I then had the seafood pasta for my main which was tasteless and again the seafood in the dish was not of good quality. The restaurant is not cheap either so we will not be returning.

Delicious mousakka, chicken and sea bass. Generous portions and great service. Would reccomend !!!

The food is outstanding. I highly recommend here, its our go to restaurant. The service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing, and the staff was more than happy to offer recommendations. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, both in the kitchen and in customer service. Overall, I can’t recommend Midori enough. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just in the mood for great Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit.

We've eaten and ordered through Just Eat. The food is always great and so is the service. Only minor issue is that there are sometimes broken mussel shells in the paella. But delicious paella none the less.

I have been going to Chris Kitch for 8 years and while food is great, they have never been children friendly. A friend and I campaigned to get a nappy changing table at the loo and never succeeded. This afternoon, I was there with two friends and their kids and they told us off because the kids "were being too noisy". The place was nearly empty and the kids were behaving like kids do. If Chris Kitch is not ready to be welcoming to parents looking for a break on a Friday at pick up time, there are loads of places in Muswell Hill that are.

Problem is lack of chair availability at times

I booked last minute for my mums birthday, very good service and hospitality. Very good food portions and sizes. Free refreshments at the of the meal and a nice hot towel to finish the meal. 10/10 all round

We went for my birthday last week and it was FANTASTIC!! I didn't know this place existed before and now we will be regulars, the food was exquisite, the staff were wonderful and the atmosphere was lovely. The crispy duck was a sensation, the crispy beef was melt in the mouth, the sweet and sour chicken was crispy and light and the beef short rib was simply one of the best things i've ever tasted. THANK YOU!!

Disappointing food quality. Decor was ok. Toilet right in front of food prep area and other questionable hygiene issues. Small portions and high prices. Wine list was good but they did not have my first or second choice available.

I BOOKED THROUGH YOU GOT A CONFIRMATION AND WHEN I GOT TO THE RESTAURANT AT 9.30 IT HAD CLOSED DOWN. THIS WAS NEW YEARS EVE AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I AM REALLY UPSET AS IT RUINED MY NIGHT AND I WENT HOME

Went for a class social at Belmeis. What a lovely night out. Great company, drinks, and service. The staff Kate and Jose were on point! Made sure we were served all night with top class service. Definitely recommend a visit here. Atmosphere is great and staff really make it. Thank you for looking after us so well. Can’t wait to visit again. Louise :-)

Saw a review that said Kilim was no more.. is it true? I always take my Muswell Hill mates there when I'm in London. Have done for years. Great, authentic, flavoursome, no frills eating. Gutted if the news of closure is accurate.

Went here on the back of trip advisor reviews. The food was excellent but the service was too slow, even though the staff were friendly.
