Gran valor y servicio realmente amable.

Terrible - tried to book for my birthday for 15 people and they only do set menu on a sat so refused the booking on standard menu! This is an actual joke and advise management to get to grips with reality! People should be able to go a restaurant and book what they want at any day! Forcing this option is a scam and a vile way to run business!

Obnoxious!!!! We went to restaurant for birthday ( wife's)lunch today and had worst possible experience by the mgr Sara. She came to our table hold our one flavoured water bottle which we brought for our disabled daughter, was telling off by saying that we should've brought this bottle as some ppl comes here with such bottle with alcohol.in addition, she warned us not to bring such bottle. My wife deliberately was trying to make her understand that it was for my little disabled daughter and she doesn't drink normal water ( as dr.instucted).she was still arguing about her excuses about alcohol etc. As I wanted to talk to mgr,she told me that she was responsible as mgr. And no apology was extended either..I was really surprised and disgusted by this experiences .I am being a hotel manager currently would not accept such Obnoxious behaviour by a manager specifically with family with disabled little girl..she basically ruined our day out as she was talking about this wiered exuses and obviously, in front of our guests and my disabled daughter..Severely shocked and disappointed about this.i will NOT come again and will notify this incident to all my fellow friends and their families to avoid sultan for their visit. This is really unacceptable.. SHAME!!!!!

Won best pizza in Europe 2024: don't feel its better than the institutions in Naples, but it's one of the best neopolitan style pizza joints in London. Crust was amazing, but make sure you eat the pizza with the knife & fork and not your hands, else you will make a mess. High quality toppings and generous amount on the pizzas. The Cheesewick is a unique take on quattro formaggi, and the crispy pepperoni pizza slice is delicious and unique if you can handle the heat and love the crisp (it's first deep fried, then baked in the pizza oven). The downside is the atmosphere - the restaurant is very small, and the tables are very close to one another. It's always busy so it's really hard to hear your conversation with all the surrounding noise. Service is highly efficient and we did not wait long for our food despite it being a full house (<45mins to be seated, order for 2, eat and leave). Would recommend a visit for lunch as the Ricordi (ragu special) can sell out by afternoon and make sure to reserve well in advance because walk-in would be very difficult.

I went here with my kids and was served cold coffee that was already flat. The manager livia was very dismissive when asking her to make me a new drink she said that “it’s too busy” although I was happy to wait. I saw them bringing out the pastel de natas on a tray and I snarky new they weren’t baked fresh they are frozen like everything else. A homeless man came into store and the manager advised one of the colleagues on shift to not give him any coffee or left over food they might have but continued to give a customer named Michael a free latte. They don’t ask if the food and coffee is okay they just expect you to tell them. I’ve heard so many good reviews but not everything is as it seems.

Wings London as the name suggests specialises in chicken wings. And with five flavours to choose from, you'll certainly manage to get your fix, while mixing things up with strips and wraps, if you're in and around the area. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing, ultra clean, and very welcoming from the outside. As for their menu, then it's been kept simple enough, with everything made to fit on a single sheet. But, what makes this place stand out from the crowd is that they offer diners the choice of having their chicken wings, strips and wraps either fried or grilled. Juxtapose all that to the five marinations available and, according to our maths, that makes at least 30 different combos to try (that's not including the vegan options). With hardly any other Halal restaurants on the long stretch of Boston Road, Wings London is certainly worth a visit if you're in the area. Greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff and great ambience. Food was amazing, especially the coconut chutney (which we were very kindly gifted a couple of pots to take away). 5 minute walk from Turnham Green underground so handy to get back to wherever you need to be. Please do yourselves a favour and pay a visit if you’re in the area.
