The best restaurants in Hanworth Park Hounslow London

Lovely place: staff were welcoming and patient and both the gelatos and milkshakes were fantastic. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I ordered milk shakes which were suppose to be x1 Kinder bueno and x1 Aero… for some reason my order ended up with x2 of the same kinder bueno. One of my kids had an allergic reaction I contacted the shop, the manager wasn’t helpful at all and was arguing instead of helping the situation. I pointed out that they should have labeled the milk shake to avoid situations like this however the Tribus manager was rude and very argumentative, saying I should know what I have ordered and its my fault my son had an allergic reaction. He also said they do not have a labelling system which is utterly disappointing. Sometimes people don’t have time to enter all details or dietary requirement and allergens but a simple label would have helped my situation.

We had the pleasure of hosting our baby shower at KTM Rox, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From the start, the venue was absolutely perfect—cozy, inviting, and set up beautifully for our celebration. The staff were all fantastic. The manager, Josh really went above and beyond. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the day. His genuine warmth and effort to keep us updated and comfortable made all the difference. The food was simply outstanding! We catered for roughly 50 people and there was so much delicious food with plenty left to take home. The portions were extremely generous and everything was cooked to perfection. Our guests were all raving about how tasty the food was and it truly exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately a few our guest had to leave before eating so as a good will gesture, KTM Rox offered a nice discount on the bill which was such a lovely surprise. On top of that, we learned Josh is also expecting a baby around the same time as ours—such a sweet coincidence! I’d like to wish him and his family all the best as they prepare for their new arrival. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our baby shower. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all beyond amazing. A huge thank you to Josh and the team for making this day so memorable!

Ordered from here after not having mings for a bit due to it being closed whilst on holiday food was lovely and hot tried the pancake roll for the first time would highly recommend this restaurant always friendly fast delivery. Delivery driver was really nice and friendly made conversation which I really appreciated, will be back to being a regular customer now I know your open again, so happy with this Chinese food never greasy always cooked to perfection been ordering for nearly a year not had one problem with their food, thank you for making it up to me with the fortune cookies too very grateful and thank you again for lovely food and a welcoming delivery driver wonderful service 10/10 as always Look forward to seeing you very soon Love maddy (the one who loves rubicon)

Regular customer these guys were awesome Not sure whats happened recently but delivery took over an hour 20 and food was cold and stiff and genrally unpleasant to eat these guys used to be top notch now they are letting themselves down

Visited this restaurant as our team christmas lunch get together. Great spacious restaurant with great food and nice decor. Brilliant service from Raj. Group of 15 and all very happy.

On our cycle route and I was pleased to hear from friends the cafe was open - BUT I didn't get in because although there are dog friendly tables you are not allowed to approach the counter to place an order - this is unusual in garden centre cafes that have dog friendly tables -thank you to the nice lady who offered to hold onto my dog while I placed an order. I was unimpressed and went to ask the management is there was a way round this as it was frustrating and we have keenly waited for the cafe to open - she did offer for me to tie the dog to the music display but I was concerned he would follow me and might damage it by mistake - I had hoped to suggest somewhere to tie dogs briefly (and securely) while people order might be a way forward sadly I was followed by the cafe manager? who butted in before I could mention this and blamed me for visiting on my own with the dog - apparently most people come with friends - gee thanks for the welcoming and happy Christmas message - I would not have commented here but for that remark !!!! So if you are on your own with your pet don't expect a welcome at the cafe - such a shame as its so close to a very popular dog walking park.
