The best restaurants in Whitton Richmond upon Thames London

I was looking for a new Chinese takeaway, after reading reviews I decided to give this place a go. Upon arrival I found the decor to be a little shabby, for example, removal of the Covid screen is long overdue, made the experience a little impersonal or detached, like a petrol station after 10pm, ordering thru a hole in the Perspex. My server was polite and hospitable, managed to smile and took my order quickly and accurately, although this was interrupted by a telephone order, which I accept is their M.O. I was advised of a fifteen minute wait, my order was ready on time. After a ten minute journey home, my food was still hot. I found the (5) Crispy Pancake Roll very crispy, however may require more seasoning, a little salt corrected this. (30) Kung Po Pork, was excellent, considerably more onion and carrot than pork, however really scratched my itch for spice and sweet, would definitely order again. (82) Special Fried Rice was loaded with pork, prawn and chicken, and was a generous portion; however the rice was not consistently fried and parts had a taste and feel of boiled rice. I’d also like to see more egg? The three dishes came to £17 something, which isn’t too bad I guess, the portions were large and of good quality. My criticism of the food is due to my own personal tastes and I recognise that the takeaway was quite busy. I recommend and will be frequenting this establishment. And there’s a pub next door…

Caro y frío Siempre he sido mi ir a cuando visito Twickenham para el rugby. Pero en esta ocasión cortésmente dejé la mayor parte de mi comida. El kebab whiz mezclado lo pedí en porciones pequeñas aunque el menú decía regular salió con pitta cortada y carne fría. Normalmente esto sería un plato delicioso, un vapor de carne todavía saliendo de él envuelto dentro de un jugo de pan pitta que se escapa para hacer que la carne de res sea deliciosa para el final. Esta vez no y ni siquiera podemos culpar a la gente de estar allí, ya que éramos los chicos del café. No, pregunté por qué había dejado la comida, pero aún así pagamos por ella y nos fuimos. No estoy seguro de volver de nuevo después de este. Pero para mi favor ve a los últimos 5 años más o menos. Es triste verlo no tan bueno. Un 3 estrellas era probablemente demasiado para él hoy en día yo diría más 2 estrellas

Decidí intentarlo por primera vez, ya que había oído que era increíble, tristemente no me di cuenta de que esas opiniones se basaban en propietarios / gerentes anteriores. La comida no era la mejor. Pedí a través de la aplicación solo comer y llegó en 15 minutos. Desafortunadamente el saveloy era muy suave / flácido y un poco mal cocinado, el pescado rebozado tenía un gran crujiente, pero el pescado estaba muy seco y soso. El pez mediano era del mismo tamaño que el pequeño pero cobraba más de £ 2 de diferencia. La hamburguesa de pollo estaba bien y las papas fritas no sabían ni parecían frescas como si hubieran estado sentadas debajo de un calentador durante un tiempo. 15 años en el negocio y múltiples tiendas como dices en otros comentarios, sin embargo, no te gusta cuando alguien te da una opinión honesta sobre su pedido y afirma que es una reseña falsa. Arrived at venue and parked for free on front of property. There are only a few spaces, so parking is limited. No one at bar on walking into venue so had to wait to be seen. Shown to room 4 above pub. Stairs were not steady, no hand rail. Room itself was disappointing but clean, as was shared toilet and bathroom. I had asked for decaf tea and coffee which they had provided in room. TV in room 4 was not pluged in to socket or TV aerial and there was no remote control. On plugging in there were no stored channels on TV. WiFi in room was a poor signal. Saw the kitchen and decided not to eat here.

There is nothing that I can complain about this restaurant. The prices of the food is actually great for such a fine restaurant for dining in. The Pasta meals that comes with Fish are unbelievable, I must come back here again with my Mum. This is the best Italian resturant I have been to before.

I visited the Costa store today with the intention of purchasing a drink, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. Upon entering, I encountered a staff member who appeared visibly moody and, regrettably, their demeanour came across as quite rude. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frankly put me off from wanting to return to this particular store for my drinks in the future. It's disappointing, as I usually enjoy my visits to Costa and have positive experiences at other locations. My visit today was certainly not up to the standard I have come to expect from Costa.
