The best restaurants in Ryhope Sunderland North East

Had a afternoon tea voucher to spend here, got a call to say they have sold the business and to come with the voucher and collect my afternoon as they finished at 4pm I asked the owner if I could just have my money returned of 25.00, he was really aggressive and said no I don’t what to give you the money, his wife just walked away and his daughter I think was having her say as well. I was disgusted with there attitude to me I have been in there numerous times, if anyone else has vouchers unused you have till 4pm today 27 nov to get your afternoon tea angry horrible people they are, hope they don’t have a good retirement

You get a personal service which is flexible and meets your needs. Everyone is friendly and remembers your name , well behaved dogs are welcome and spoilt. The food is lovely, take out or sit in. Everything has been done to make you feel safe and well fed in these difficult times. I think it is suitable for all types of customer, I do not feel awkward when I am by myself or have my dog.

Fantastic takeaway very nice staff .If you ordering on a Saturday place your order in early afternoon as Tey get so busy.

Pensaba que las cenas escolares eran malas, pero este lugar es el peor en el que he comido. Visitamos con la familia para el almuerzo del domingo gran error. Estábamos sentados no muy lejos del microondas, que oímos pingar cada pocos minutos, entonces se sirvió la comida, la comida debe ser emplatada y recalentada, la verdura estaba prácticamente cruda, en cuanto a los asados (patatas) bien, estos eran duros como roca u podría hacer algún daño grave con estos. No hay restaurante o carvery que he comido en puede hacer un asado tan bueno como en casa, un asado casero recién cocinado es mucho mejor y más barato Definitivamente no volveré.

Visitamos Starbucks para una comida para llevar. Opté por el Cool Lime Starbucks Refresha®. La bebida era muy sabrosa y refrescante. Tuvo una buena patada de cítricos y sació mi sed del día. Yo recomendaría.

Tuvimos otra comida encantadora y sabrosa esta noche. Los bhajis de cebolla se cocinaron a la perfección. Utilizó esta comida para llevar durante unos 2 años y nunca me decepcionó.

They lucky to get 1 star ffs... just received last night and me the wife and 2 kids been uo all night being violently sick...never in the world these should be serving food.. never again I be ordering from these...

The food is good, but the drivers via just eat and uber are rubbish, they don't deliver to my front door, I have to come downstairs from 1st floor to collect...if I wanted to collect is do it at the restaurant!! I have a small child here, also having to leave my door unlocked, not gonna bring a child down esp in this cold weather!! That's why I dot tip!! I'm collecting, not getting the delivery I paid for and most who can't speak clear English don't know how to use GPS pr read instructions alot of the times but could find a UK airport easy enough!! Like, really?? KFC bosses need to have a look into the lazy drivers ( 80% of em) Can't fault the food 😋

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Dont even rate 1 star.. person on phone not helpful at all egg foo young scorched egg.. so egg was non existent shocking to say the least.. worst 15 qwid ave ever spent. Dont bother cause when you ring up they dont give a s**t.

Como de costumbre, recibimos artículos que faltaban en nuestro pedido y pedidos no personalizados donde los teníamos personalizados. El personal suele pedir disculpas y ponen la orden correcta, sin embargo, la última vez recibimos un comentario sarcástico de una chica joven con gafas. Nos hizo sentir que era nuestra culpa. Muy mal servicio.

I chose a rice box with extra fillet . Never got the extra fillet and there was hardly anything in the box maybe a spoonful of rice . Payed £7.99 for this meal and what was in tasted ok but portion size was shocking . I ordered the same before and again not much in . Won’t be back sorry . Not value for money at all
