My local chippy for 3 years. Went tonight half 5ish after a brilliant day out with the family. Chippy tea! Get In! Had to go and get money back as chips were hard in middle, fish had a hair in batter. Pie Luke warm. No good at all after being such a good chippy. Standards dropped massively. Going elsewhere after this

El servicio era pobre, me cobraron de más y el café era desagradable. Nunca más. Ya que la cadena hotelera tiene en voz alta esto estaré recuperando mi dinero de vuelta del hotel

Abysmal. There was only one member of staff on at a busy time. Pretended my order had not shown up on her screen over a half hour period. Asked for a refund, she turned her back. Will never use Subway again.

My family had lunch today at the hop. Customer service was excellent, Troy served us and also cooked our lunch. Food was really good, I have to say the burger was the best I have had, really well cooked. We will definitely come again when we are in Blackpool.

Tardé mi orden en llegar 2 horas. Tampoco respondían a las llamadas, así que no tenía idea de lo que estaba sucediendo. Tuve que pedir de otra pizzería, llegó a tiempo. Cuando contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente de Pizza Hut ni siquiera les importó. ¡Ni siquiera se pusieron en contacto con esta cabaña para averiguar qué pasó! No voy a pedir más de ustedes. La comunicación es basura.

We watch Hogan's takeaway daily from our seat in the pub. Following arrival of new owners the place has gone from long ques around the block to an average of 3-4 customers in the 3 to 4 hrs we watch them. I've gone from a regular customer to one who will never set foot in the place again. For your own sake avoid it.

El personal era tan amable, llegamos alrededor de la 1 pm y era muy tranquilo, así que conseguí un asiento y ordené de inmediato. Compartí un pollo completo entre dos adultos con algunas patatas extra y salsa, un poco más caro que dos comidas de burger king, pero vale la pena imo. La espera para la comida era de unos 10 - 15 minutos, así que no está nada mal. El pollo estaba jugoso y la salsa estaba muy sabrosa - desearía que la porción de salsa fuera más grande, pero intentamos compartir uno entre dos de nosotros. Gran hallazgo si no quieres comer una hamburguesa con papas fritas como la mayoría de los otros lugares en el parque!

I placed an order for delivery at 6.20pm tonight only for 1 Starter and one main this did not arrive until 3 hours later 😡 I rang them 3 times in the 3 hours only got a verbal apology my evening was ruined and won’t be ordering again!

I was on my way to carch a train from Blackpool North station and decided to get something healthy to eat and spotted Subway. I am trying to make better choices at the moment so decided to have a salad. Unfortunately they do not have any cutlery so if I wanted to have this I woud have to use my fingers. Apparently they are in the process of switching from plastic to wooden cutlery but this is not available for them to purchase which is a bit of a mess up by the company. The staff were friendly and sympathetic to my dilemna but it was out of their hands. Fortunately the salad was excellent and had all the things in it I enjoy. I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for the lack of cutlery.

I Ordered 2 breakfast rolls. The Bacon was salty and cheap looking. The egg yolks were hard and the bread roll was stale and crumbled

Ordered roast chicken salad, and got a mega meat salad( I am allergic to salami) so can’t eat it at all, rang the restraunt they said best they can do is give me a refund in the next 3-10 working days!!!! Not good enough, I’ve now got no dinner and no money, not hard to remake another salad quickly
