The best restaurants in Ramsbottom Bury North West

Stumbled across this place after dinner and what a find. The guys working there (Marcus and Noah) couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Noah for his excellent music choices. Great night and would highly recommend!

Me and my Wife out for afternoon in hot sunshine looking for something sweet, when we spotted this place. The cakes, biscuits and patisseries caught our eyes like jewels. We were not far wrong, as the Biscoff cheese cake and apple frangipagne (sorry about spelling) were better than anything we had in London this week! We brought them home and had them with coffee. Shame we live in Prestwich!!

Well prepared food served by friendly staff. Well run and efficient. Bacon roll is very good complimented by a large latte coffee, A good deal.

Excellent knowledge of all products. Very good people.

Vegetarian breakfast, was V small but tasty :) the bread and sasuages in particular were really nice👌🏼 its only a small venue but it's quirky and a nice spot for Brunch/lunch.

Had a great night here with excellent food and service. Amazing choice of dishes and drinks. Would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again

Driver completely incompetent!! Went out of my house to I could get the delivery off him!! Doesn’t know how to read door numbers!! He went past mine got out of the car when parked next door!! Got out of the car and was about to go to a neighbour’s house 2 doors up from me!! I think you have another driver like that and also found was nearly cold!! Had to put in the microwave!! Not impressed at all!!

I'm giving this a 2 because they have no website. Just a Facebook page. No where can I see on that page a reservation option. We turned up in the rain, table was free but apparently reserved. Waste of time and journey and only 5 tables. So do your self a favor and either ring or don't bother.

Went here Saturday evening with 2 friends. The service was excellent, friendly, efficient staff. My friend and I had cod and one had duck, delicious. I’d definitely recommend a visit. The decor is gorgeous in my view and candles in the loos is a special touch.

Spoilt for choice with the large selection of Irwell Works beers brewed downstairs. Brilliantly decorated taproom to drink in including a balcony to listen out for ELR 🚂

It looks like Northern Whisper Ramsbottom has now closed. This place could have been a great success. The bar manager was a great fellow but just pulled the beers and then played on his phone, ignoring what could be a solitary customer on their own who would have liked to have been acknowledged. The previous bar staff Lucy and Chloe in particular were very customer friendly and chatted with customers unfortunately in my eyes the bar went downhill when they left. The bar manager sadly didn't display that skill this in my opinion, leading to many customers not coming back or only having one drink and then leaving. Every Wednesday the handpull beers were £2 a pint this was hardly advertised anywhere in Ramsbottom it should have been plastered all over the windows to this day many Ramsbottom people were unaware of this promotion the bar if advertised correctly would have been packed. A major failing too in this modern age is that there was NO disabled male toilet access. Apart from these very big failings, the beer was always on top form and excellent.

Called on way back from shopping in nearby bury on a cold damp friday afternoon ( late lunch ,) we were not disappointed. The ambiance,and freindly staff were above and beyond. Food was very good and the pumpkin soup on another level. The place is beutiful inside and much bigger than it looks from outside . Menu was vast but sensible and prices in our opinion very fair Fresh food , well presented, Cant wait to go back.£42,for 2,with drinks main courses and desserts.

Great local Indian restaurant. Service staff are always excellent and look after you as well as make you very well Big portions too

Great little find after a great walk

Waited 3 hours for a takeaway order. Asked for a refund and was told they’d process a refund, called 3 more times over a week, still no refund. Appalling service!
