Ordered through Just eat at 7:15pm. Estimated delivery time 8:15-8:35. Just eat App said it was delivered at 8:20pm. It wasn’t. Tried to call restaurant 30 times but got engaged tone every single time. Raised refund request with Just eat. Charged £7.50 for delivery that took nearly 3 hours!! Food finally turned up at 10pm as we were going to bed as we have 2 young children. I can’t believe they even bothered to try and deliver it that late. It’s a shame as the food is good but the service is absolutely abysmal. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Pizzas and fries were up to par but garlic bread was just cheese no garlic. Usually better.

2.5 hours for delivery yes I understand we are in trying times but at least stop taking orders you cant cope with.food arrived cold and not pleasant we would have cancelled the order if we hadn't used food hub and have to wait up to 5 days for a refund . wont be ordering from the tandoori again.avoid at all costs and not even an apology on the phone twice.

Had a jalfrezi curry and a few drinks, and cannot complain about food or service. Good atmosphere for a Wetherspoon.

Hotel good for price we paid, we had a room with heating not working. Hayden or Aiden young duty manager came to room and sorted another room for us straightway. He was a very pleasant and helpful. Well done. Breakfast good..no complaints from us.

If you must re heat fish from dinner time at least give a discount I am really ill and was looking forward to a lovely piece of fish f9r tea last night instead I end3d up with pains in my stomach all night look out environmental health

Rude man behind the counter! Terrible customer service and you have to pay 50p for an extra sauce on your kebab! Avoid! Plenty of other places open on a Saturday night!

Added specific instructions on how we wanted the food and it came as we liked. Good taste , fast delivery. Will order again. Cheers

Not putting up with this place any longer... Waiting time NO PROBLEM as nobody in Carlisle orders from here... Easily the worst take away in Carlisle (beats crusty cobbler on thus award)... changed names many times to escape the awful food rating.... been in news for health and safety many times... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a too good to go bag and as others have stated the shop was closed and when we tried to ring them the number was “not recognised” Don’t put they’re available if you’re not going to actually provide them
