"The Oddfellows Arms has undergone a fantastic transformation under the new management of Johnathon & Rob! The pub is now a welcoming and stylish space with a warm atmosphere. The selection of ales and wines is impressive, catering to all tastes. The new food menu will be a great addition. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend the Oddfellows Arms for a great meal and drink in Nantwich."

Donât you dare ever go to McDonaldâs subway Burger King or in fact anywhere else. Let me explain to you why I paid 7.49 for a BRISKET SANDWICH AND FRIES this deal and more is on between 12-5pm there are other deals too, so cheap. When I tell you the food was nice the food was GREAT. If I lived in that village I would go there every day. Canât wait to go back. Also the manager Holly I think she was 10/10 you wouldnât find a fault even if you tried honestly. This place has got it all. Go there for a date, brunch with the boys, lunch just some food go and try it. I promise you will not regret it. All I have is a snapshot taken from a video with broken camera just go in there please trust me.

Such a lovely evening and amazing service! The young man being trained tonight was such a credit to the place - made us feel right at home. Friendly faces, and genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend. Also - the watermelon cocktail was delicious!!!!!

This pub has always been one of my favourites in town, it is a beautiful building, has some really great staff and great ale choices. However it appears that now I have a child, my time in the pub will have to be limited. I understand a policy of 'no children after 9pm' etc but I didn't realise the pub had a complete ban on under 12s. It is a quiet Sunday afternoon, the lovely courtyard was empty and we had just enjoyed a walk with our six week year old who was fast asleep in his pram. Knowing they have a courtyard hatch, we thought we would have a quick quiet pint on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly the manager had to inform us that children are not allowed. If I'm being pedantic it says on the sign on the door 'No children inside under 12', I didn't realise that would also include the empty courtyard. I do to an extent understand kids running riot unaccompanied but I also believe that the Black Lion is not that type of pub to attract unruly children's families. Businesses need all the support they can get currently, so I find it odd they would enforce such a rule on a quiet Sunday. Thankfully the Crown didn't have such a rule and is also a beautiful old pub with good ale. Please reconsider this rule during the daytime's when it is quiet đ Edit: To follow up the response, I note that signage has been updated to specify inside and outside, but this took place after my original review so clearly feedback was taken on board.

Visited the Wilbrahams on my lunch break. I found everyone to be incredibly welcoming and friendly. There was a wide range of options on the food menu, I went with the grilled cheese sandwich and was not disappointed! Generous portions, great value for money and friendly staff.
