Unfortunately in need of a referb, the leisure facilities definitely online advertising said steam room and other amenities but hasn't work for a number of years

I went here over 30 years ago with my wife (then my new girlfriend) and wanted a sentimental return. It’s not gated well, I was cold the whole time I was there, I had to leave dinner to get an extra layer in and the spa was woefully under heated to the point I couldn’t face going in the pool. The whole place was just underfunded and shabby. I will however say the staff were fantastic and the evening meal though unexciting was adequate. Prices were crippling and the experience quirky, for instance we left the restaurant although booked on our table, went to our room and had a knock on the door asking us to pay for our meal 😂 weird and not great, give it a miss

Booked an afternoon tea for 2 people. It was awful. No atmosphere, no staff and a cold draught. Seats were too low and a wobbly table. 4 sandwiches in total of tuna, egg, ham and cheese and rocket lettuce way past its sell by date. The smallest scone I have ever seen with such poor quality jam and cream. Then 3 small dessert cakes which again were awful. A glass of very flat Prosecco and cold coffee. The cost for this was £50.

I got to hang out with my 7 friends and it was really fun but the fog couldn't let us see a thing. Also why can we enter the TVs?

Discusted to have received a "Parking Charge" notice for £100, despite my entering my regsitration no. on the tablet in store, if you stay over 2 hours to avoid this. You need to get a grip, I will never goto a Starbucks ever again based on this poor show.
