The best restaurants in Boulsworth Pendle North West

Our family had a great meal at lunchtime today. We all enjoyed starter's and main course's. The scotch eggs & winter vegetable soup were particularly excellent. The main courses included a Sunday roast beef, burger's, and Cajun chicken with rice. All the meals were served hot, tasty and plentiful. We all thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was excellent. Well done to all the team

Stopped here for tea/coffee and ginger cake. Lovely setting with parking and pleasant walks. Good tea and coffee, great cake and friendly staff.

Great coffee had a flat white, great selection of cakes, pleasant accommodating staff. Would go again and definitely recommend

We have been really pleased with the Emmott on several occasions and my reviews have reflected this. However, I was really a bit underwhelmed this evening. My pasta was overcooked and the sausage nibbles were very pale. There were a lot of different red meat options on the menu (burger, sausage, pasta, duck, pie, lamb, roast) but no chicken, which was disappointing. We had a voucher for 10% off which i left at home (my fault) but it was a shame they didn't trust me to send it through despite being local and knowing some staff. We had a nice time but I felt the experience as a whole was worse than usual and the staff were efficient but not friendly.

I went playing and lost a fair few ball but got them back in no time at all also must mention it is just an astronomically large course

Had spotted this bakery whilst driving to Skipton on previous trips. Called in on Saturday morning bought bacon roll and coffee. Both excellent. On return trip on Monday bought the takeaway cottage pie with peas and gravy. Was still warm when I got home over 1 5 hrs later. Just put it in microwave to get really hot and it was superb. Would buy this again. Also bought a ham salad box for tea later.

We travel from Kent to visit family a couple of times a year and always make sure we visit this Chinese. The food is always hot, staff really friendly and the price is great.

Steak sandwich, pint of Landlord. Buth very good. Generous portion of steak cook to perfection. Nice bread and fresh salad garnish.

Sunday lunch, food good, service great apart from 1 member of staff, who forgot our drinks twice, put our food on the table and ran before we could ask for anything further

We arrived anticipated lunch with our daughter and son in law would be lovely. Pulling up the building looked beautiful and very festive. On arrival we sat waiting for our drinks order, nobody approached. Eventually we got the attention of a lovely waiter..he took our drinks order with a smile. After that things got laughable..we ordered food starters and main meals..starters arrived after around 20 mins..all okay. Main meals then took one hour 15 to arrive after chasing numerous times. On arrival it was inedible..cold and very disappointing. I asked to see the manager he apologised and said it was because he was on his break. The food was sent back and we were told that its the kitchen staff and it happens frequently..there would be no charge. I didn't ask for the no charge we would rather have a lovely lunch..the restaurant is really beautiful..but dear me the food looks like it was microwaved from Iceland..and that's flattering.
