The best restaurants in Preston North West

When the Cafe service is slow and you have to queue for a long time, and you have to deal with parking issues on top of that, it is not worth spending time to relax with friends in the cafe. I mentioned this to Parking Eye regarding a fine and provided evidence I was a customer in Booths meeting my friends and still ended up having to pay for the parking fine. It is ridiculous that there isn’t an option to pay to stay beyond 2 hours when it is perfectly reasonable to spend a bit more than 2 hours in a cafe with slow service. They should reconsider ParkingEye instead of looting their customers over silly parking fines and not offering options to stay longer. I will not be visiting this establishment again and will advise my friends to do the same. Disappointing because I do enjoy visiting this place quite often

Fantastic Chinese, ordered collection for the first time, we collected within 20 mins , I recommend the salt and chilli chicken balls huge portion for the price

Considering I thought we had taken a wrong route and was in the middle of a business park what a surprise it was like a dream the most fabulous bakery I had ever seen, so clean and shiny, full of yummy things cakes both large and small, pies of all sizes butter pie is Dave’s favourite, gorgeous sandwiches and salad boxes, I could go on …. We were recommended to try the Coffee Renoir OMG so lovely, we also got some pies both hot and frozen, a great big cherry pie as we are visiting family at the weekend and quite a lot of other stuff, we will return and will also visit their other outlet listed on the web page, I would like to mention the two lovely ladies who greeted us very warmly (this makes a huge impact in business) their name were Joanne and Leanne so friendly and so helpful

Can’t understand the really bad reviews, just collected my order and good was as good as I’ve had from any other Chinese takeaways in Preston.

I go to this cafe regularly. Food is great. The staff are lovely and very helpful. However, there are just not enough of them. But the atmosphere is great and it is still a very pleasant place to go for lunch.

Just been to mcdonalds drive thru. The guy on the speaker was lovely and tried to up sell just as he's meant to, was lovely on the first window but that's where the good customer service stopped. Got to the second window of the drive thru only to be ignored straight off. Then when the guy brought the food over, I had to ask for the drinks as they were missing. Got the food home only to find the chips were cold, unsalted and looked like scrappy end not proper fries. Drinks also had way too much ice in it too. This place is going down hill rapidly.

Avoid at all cost and visit Costa on the retail park Shocking service from Cayla spilling half my shot of coffee and not replacing and saying “I’m only human when mentioned “ dirty cups coving tables and told no cups available to drink inside awful service can see why only 2.5 on trip

Bought something online through the app I don’t get half of my items and they can’t even supply me with a refund. They never amaze me at failing to do the absolute bare minimum. Like I didn’t get my 3 tripple cheese burgers and I didn’t get a refund too. I REMEBER recently where all of the burgers I had ordered didn’t come (they said a refund would come in 15 days ) the refund isn’t here. It’s so degrading and humiliating opening the bags and knowing an item would be missing and u wouldn’t be able to get compensated for it.

Positives: Nice looking bar, eclectic mix of music, friendly staff. Negatives: Sky high pricing - no need for a £6 price tag on a bottle of Newcastle Brown Ale - it's Preston, not London!

Brilliant service I am disabled visiting friend in hospital each of the young staff have told me to sit down and held the door open. Really helpful and friendly

Food was fresh, hot and delicious, moreover it is well priced.

Was told order was cancelled and uber eats refuse to give a refund, avoid ordering from here on delivery apps as nighttime staff will literally scam you Sat, 25th January 2025

Worse food i ve ever had, cold hot dog in stupidly over sized bread roll ,reheated chips, the weakest hot chocolate i ve ever tasted and it was nt cheap,, it was garbage do nt know how they stay opening selling rubbish like that,, cold hotdogs are a health hazard,,avoid

Microwaved bacon, fried egg that I assume was microwaved as well as it was hard and cold. Not many positives to add really.
