Eat a lot of mighty joel burgers while visiting Longridge 👍 Shame we don't have a roast & deli in Scotland! Great size portions too

This micropub is one of the best in Longridge. You feel welcome and the bar staff were very friendly and got our drinks quick. Definitely worth a visit or two.

Quite a good little venue, very cramped and cute have done with sorting out the mess upstairs and freeing up some additional space especially in winter. Good selection of drinks, bathrooms poor and the bar man the night we were in was miserable as sin no thanks or please just threw the drinks down took the money and walked off

Great food but let down by front of house. Didn’t appreciate wine served in gin goblets! Also asked for additional napkins but never got them. The Chefs work so hard on the food side which is very good however sadly this isn’t matched in front of house.

An excellent full English breakfast prepared with quality ingredients and prepared to perfection. A very friendly and professional staff team. The farm shop is a delight with an excellent range of products. The butchery and bakery departments are outstanding.

Absolutely fantastic service and food. A group of 8 cyclists turned up on spec and we were wowed. Thank you for looking after us so well and what a fab breakfast.

Always fantastic food here. Generous portion sizes, and always ready at the time you are told. Don't have to hang around for it like some places. Always meet with a happy smile too from the staff. No.1 Chinese Takeaway in Longridge.

We have had some wonderful food from this restaurant. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to booking a table at some point.

Nice pub with a good pool table

The food here is really good, we often get a Murghi Tikka Lussi and sometimes a Patiya, both super flavourful, tangy and sweet.

Terrible food tasted like water put me off Chinese food for two week even the poor goldfish in the fish tank in the shop was neglected and dying would not recommend will ruin you night

Amazing food and amazing service

We live 10 minutes away from here and we thought we would give it a try for early dinner Sunday evening. It's hidden away and not advertised but we checked it out online and felt it was reasonably priced and a "hidden gem". It is a beautiful Country house set in lovely grounds. We expected it to be quiet at 6 o'clock on a Sunday evening but it was very busy. We felt we were one of the youngest there and we are 60! The food was just ok but the service was shocking! There were TWO very young girls running the bar, the tables, the reception area (taking payments and assumingly seeing to the hotel guests). They were not trained very well and were literally "strolling" around with no sense of urgency. They looked and sounded very bored and obviously didn't want to be there. One brought desserts to a table opposite but didn't think to take our plates away, and we had finished our meal 20 minutes earlier. I asked for another drink but didn't get it, we were not offered the dessert menu until we had got fed up waiting, so we didn't have one. The carrots were cold, but the "Port Diane" was good. We will give it another go, as they were advertising for staff (which they obviously need urgently).
