Gorgeous hotel, one of the best for sure!! I stay away for work a lot and this hotel has everything I needed. Easy to get find, has a car park, has beautiful big clean rooms, and has Netflix which was a bonus!! The food is amazing!! You have the choice of two restaurants which both have amazing menus which made it really hard to choose between the two!! And a perfect fry up in the morning. Lastly every staff member we encountered were absolutely lovely and always helpful. Would recommend the royal Toby to anyone staying in the area.

Absolute worst customer service EVER! Tried to place a large order of starters and mains for 11 of us but couldn’t make out one section of the menu. The girl refused to read it to me, then she read it that fast I thought it was one big meal! She then Told me she was too busy to speak to me and to order the meals I knew. It’s gone so down hill this place, it was amazing before they sold it. Can’t comment on the chef but if she’s the front of house for the place, steer clear!! They just passed on a £200 order because she couldn’t be bothered. The Chinese is Norden is miles better!

Lovely pub family and dog friendly. Delicious food. The kids lived the outside play park

Pedimos 2 tés tostados y un sándwich de tocino que era enormemente caro y nada especial, el servicio fue lento y solo había 3 mesas. No me apresuraría a volver.

Staff are really nice go here sometimes and they remember me well only issue is a broken windows

Worst ever takeaway from Ali’s tonight. Sorry to say but after 20 years ordering from the village’s oldest takeaway I won’t be ordering again. Soggy samosas, undercooked naan, lack of salad on kebab and cardboard chips that tasted like they had been refried! Such a shame as this place used to be great. Is this the death of an institution??

Great every time hot and tasty

Poor parking, long queue, staff abrupt, tables full of cups and dirty. Tables hogged with kids on laptops ripping off the free wifi. Not the best if I am honest, staff more concerned with chatting and servicing the drive thru

Every other time has been fantastic but my latest visit left me not happy as I couldn’t have the drink I wanted and have actually had many times before! I ordered a drink with oat milk and when asked if I wanted cream on top I replied “just a little bit but not too much” as it’s a dairy intolerance not allergy but was completely shut down and told by another worker that she’s not gonna put it on. I understand rules and everything as I work in a cafe myself but the consumer knows more on how they’ll react. What’s funny is the drink I ordered had chocolate in.. also dairy but no not allowed a little bit of cream on top.

How can you get this so wrong. The staff at McDonald’s Rochdale are stupid! Not only is it not hot but it’s not even our food! Avoid at all costs!
