The best restaurants in Littleborough Lakeside Rochdale North West

What a lovely place to eat the main reason being the staff that were very welcoming. I was with a party of 16 we hadn't reserved any tables but it was no problem for the staff to fit us all in. They allowed us to bring a cake to celebrate a birthday & presented it on a stand. Everyone was more than satisfied with the food which was delicious. I'm sure everyone in the walking group will agree that all staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all staff.

Brilliant pub , up on the Pennines ! I have visited and eaten here many times!! Today I had a proper Yorkshire Farmers Dinner , Barnsley Chop! It was huge!!!! A fantastic GLUTEN FREE option!! The GLUTEN FREE menu is great!! Lots of choice! It's a great place to come during the Summer too , to watch the Sunset!! The staff are very pleasant and helpful! It was rammed , so best to leave it until later to eat! One of my favourite pubs!

Gravy was watery, chips were hard and undercooked too much salt and not enough vinegar, disappointed…

Great little pub landlady and landlord are brilliant. Love going here every monday night with the girls we have a right laugh sat in the corner.

Weekend away . Snowy walk down to this wee local and had Sunday Roast. Staff were all very welcoming . Would definitely go back x

Great for a few drinks in the sun looking at Hollingworth Lake. Food is OK nothing mega to shout about. The best bit by far is the location. Its busy on a nice day.

We ordered 2x cheeseburgers and cheesy chips last night food was stone cold took ages to arrive it was terrible cost nearly £20 never again NEVER

As someone with extreme allergies, it's refreshing to be able to eat somewhere in the local area that doesn't allow dogs inside. There are very few places that are Dog free these days. My husband said his roast beef dinner was one of the nicest he had in a long time and my spicy steak was delicious - generous portions I felt guilty sending some back!! My mum enjoyed her seabass and chunky chips too. As for the desserts....fabulous! Ferrero Rocher cake was a dream on a plate Staff were polite, friendly and attentive on a very busy day.
