Awful, waffle chips tasted like they had been cooked in fat from.last year, burgers looked great but tasted overcooked from a dirty griddle. Will never eat from.there again.

Ordered online and they didn’t have no hearty Italian bread and left a little message for us! Lovely and fast service too

Fab service and friendly staff even though they were very busy. We had breakfast muffins and coffees which were lovely 😊

Was my first time in England and really wanted a coffee I don’t usually drink another drinks because I have lactose intolerance in S. Korea don’t usually have free lactose milk so that is why thinking in that I ordered Americano with extra 2shots (5 total) but I couldn’t even taste the coffee was just like water with dark color so I add extra 2 shots and finally it tasted as coffee 😂 and the cookie super dry… as barista this is an insult 😤😂

The restaurant is set in a fully stocked and functioning supermarket so imagine my surprise when ordering a ‘full English breakfast’ that the kitchen had run out of sausages. Eh? There are sausages on your shelves but you have none for the restaurant? Likewise the orange juice. The numerous staff in the kitchen/restaurant seemed more interested in juvenile giggling than focussing on customer service. As I was only waiting for eggs to poach I expected reasonably prompt service but my wife had finished her breakfast before mine had arrived. The poached eggs had been so over cooked that there was no yolk to speak of. The bulk of the plate was taken up with baby tomatoes, a few chopped mushrooms and a plant pot of beans. There was nothing included to reflect the absence of a banger so the breakfast was way overpriced.

The food you can get at the bar is very poor quality and full of oil. The nachos are made with some weird liquid plastic cheese. The lasagna feels like it has been microwaved to the nth degree ... it is better to get in the car and go the distance to get a decent meal rather than eat here.

Went in here today, kids still in pub till late hours. Presume landladies. Running and screaming everywhere. While she stood at bar with what looked like wine. Shameful

Food a touch overpriced (pub food at hotel prices), but to be expected. Room pretty decent, lovely location, overall a good experience.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before visiting 😕 service was very poor, and my order completely messed up twice. Also, the food wasn't the best tasting, I don't think I'll be revisiting here any time soon. :-(

The kfc does not sell coffee. I looked over and saw a Costa coffee. So I clicked what it us. I asked the server does the franchise owner also have the costa franchise he said yes. . And there you have why. They don't sell the hot drinks here because they want you to buy the 3 times as expensive coffee next door at their Costa instead. I sell coffee myself so I knew it wasint a machine or hassle issue. So there you have it

I love kfc but I've just been into the lostock hall branch and couldn't believe what I was told and treated i wanted to order at the till and was told I can't I a have to use the wall mounted pads instead I asked why and they got all upset with an attitude towards me and my little girl and said you can only pay cash at the tills and just fobbed me off even though they had plenty of staff on round 6 staff and the shop was empty Very unprofessional no people skills at all Won't be going back to kfc

Always a safe choice - great food and service

Disappointed - I wanted to order a fajita chicken wrap - only to be told that this wasn’t available after 5pm - this wasn’t stated anywhere on the menu that there was a time limit on certain items
