Just popped in on the off chance. Great welcome. Great service with a smile especially Alarna . Big ceilings . Watched the cricket.

Food was delicious! We had a couple of paninis, both were hot and tasty! We also had an arancini and that was fantastic as well! The guy that delivered it was super friendly and welcomed us to the area!

Could do with more staff particularly at night. Quality is good prices cheaper than others in denton.

Great family pub with great atmosphere and superb staff, families are welcome and I would recommend it to anyone.

A 1 night stay after flying into MAN airport, 23 December. Easy check in as usual, lovely quiet room on the ground floor. We had a meal deal for next door restaurant where the atmosphere was very Christmassy with expectant children waiting for Santa. Staff were incredibly busy and some waiting for meals but hey ho. It can be an odd place to get off the motorway to the hotel but simple to get on the following morning. Would like to see premier rooms here, still I am sure we shall be back.

A lovely pub with a nice atmosphere and delicious food. The staff are lovely and welcoming with a nice fire to greet you in these cold evenings.

Carvery wasn't too bad, definitely need more of a choice! We went on a Sunday at 3pm and it was sooooo quiet. Choices of meat were good but 2 types of mash, roasties, green beans, carrots, cauli cheese and peas isn't a great variety and wasn't really clear on what things were(2nd type of mash was colcannon I think). I know a carvery is self explanatory but we got sat down and left, no explanation on how to order or where(we ordered from the QR in the end). Tickets got brought over and that's all we heard from anyone until our plates were taken by I'm assuming the manager who was lovely. Could possibly do with a bit of an update too, very dated and tired looking.

We booked a table for 12 for my dad's birthday. It was ready for us on time, and we were seated promptly. The food was good (hot and tasty) and arrived quickly. The staff were really helpful and dealt with a couple of special requests without any fuss.

I came here with my granddaughter age 3 sister and nephew age 6. We’ve been here before and had a great experience so we came to visit again. The play area for the children is fab, my sister and I had a catch up while the children enjoyed playing. The food was lovely on a Monday to Friday deal £5 meals till 6pm, I had the lasagna it was beautiful came with garlic bread and side salad my sister had gammon. The soft drinks all diet was refillable at £3.60 was great. Had a couple of Prosecco which was nice too. I found the staff so helpful and super friendly and they made us feel really welcome. We look forward to visiting again. .
