The best restaurants in Bewsey and Whitecross Warrington North West

Dinner service was terrible. We went down for 5pm and placed our order. we were a family of two and a family of four placed their order after. At 5.40pm someone came out of the kitchen and apologised to the family of four about the wait, but not to us. The family of four then got their meals. Someone came out from the kitchen 5 mins later and took my main to the family of four. They said that is not ours, they also said you gave us this extra meal too (my sons meal). The ,meals were taken back into the kitchen and ten minutes later at about 6 we got our food. The staff member assured me this was not the meal that had sat on the other peoples table or the one he brought out to them, he said they had been thrown away. I found that hard to believe that I had waited an hour for our food, yet they could dispose of the other meals and cook fresh ones in ten minutes. It felt like a scene from Fawlty Towers involving Basil and Manuel. The food was ok, but service poor and no apology for our wait or explanation as to how the family that ordered after us got their food first and an apology. The dinner was ok in terms of price for what it was. Breakfast was fast but bland food, we were not on a package so had to pay and order it from the hotel. We should have went to Asda or McD's around the corner for breakfast. Breakfast was not as nice as dinner and not as good value.

Do not go through the drive thru one window and they don’t park cars when they’ve not got food ready. Queue for 45 mins only 4 cars in the queue absolute joke

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MASSIVE SCAM We ordered at 1am, to be called and told they're closed so we wouldn't be getting our food. We then had to call countless times for the next hour to get a refund. We were even told at one point we were receiving our order. They avoid calls and speak nonsense, feels like they were hoping we would count this as a loss. After saying we would go to the shop in person they issued a refund within seconds.

Can I just say.. WOW!!! This is truly the highest quality and friendly Fast food establishment around! The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and the food is always delicious. I was served by the manager and he is also extremely pleasant and on it. The portions are generous and full of flavour. I couldn’t recommend this place more. My food is always on time and never disappoints. 100% a must try!!!! Yea

I have been in here a few times. Staff are extremely nice, and welcoming and is my favourite takeaway that is closest to me. I always come here when feeling peckish. Especially the cheesy chips and fudge cake❤️❤️❤️✅✅✅🥰🥰🥰

Until this visit, I didn’t mind Burger King, but my views have suddenly changed after my latest visit to the Warrington Bridge Street branch. First of all there was only one member of staff at the front, who seemed to be working quite hard. I ordered two Big Mac meals, which were served to our table fairly quickly. It was all down hill from there on. The fries were too salty, by far, the burgers were barely tepid, and the coffee wasn’t that great. We couldn’t be bothered complaining, as we were very hungry, so ate what we could. The ambience in the restaurant was quite poor, as the central aisle was a busy thoroughfare for Just Eat delivery personnel, passing us every few minutes while we ate. The toilet was fairly clean, although the door lock was damaged, while we were eating, several people came in just to use the toilet, one of them was a stall holder from the nearby market. Overall, a poor experience, which I don’t intend to repeat again. A place to be avoided.

Disgusting food... raw chicken leg....burnt pizza what arrived cold... chips was soggy and disgusting bad customer service abolical manager what was also rude when I rang to complain absolute red flag... stay away

Ordered pizzas wedges and cookies. Took 65mins to come. My daughter pizza was burnt cold and her cookies the same. Rang up to complain and they told me they would send some more. And it would take 20 mins and to give the old pizza back to driver. After waiting another hour I rang again and they said it’s on its way. After 20 more minutes I rang again to be told by a woman called (Ashley) on the phone that if I don’t talk to her in the right manner she will cancel my order!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me they no pizza was sent out and they he will send one out so in all. The pizza took over 2 hours and my little one had fell asleep 😴 My little girl is autistic and was so upset that she was not getting her pizza. Am so upset about this that I will be taking it further!! I will never order from the haydock branch again !!!

Ordered from here a few times and every time as been amazing the food is cooked really well and delicious always on time plus great service reminded me of being on holiday in olidenz best in the north West

We'd had a busy day and thought stop off for coffee and snack. Chips looked amazing on menu. Warning you get about 10 chips. Staff really nice and friendly. Coffee good but chips shocking small. Taste nice but v expensive for what you get.

Ordered a Mexican burger (usually the best) with chilli con carne on top, Christmas Eve treat for us all! It came as a burger with 3 green peppers on! When I complained he said they didn’t understand how to make it!!!!! With no apology…..they r new owners apparently…., never again even the kebab meat was raw & thick ….. looked like it was off an Alsatian!!!!!
