The best restaurants in Bewsey and Whitecross Warrington North West

I am not one for writing reviews, but given my exceptional customer experience at Cafe Blu, I decided to make an exception to the rule. From the offset, everybody at the Cafe was friendly, down-to-earth and very welcoming. I didn’t have any cash on me and had to pay by card/phone, however there was a hiccup with the payment going through. To my astonishment, this was resolved swiftly, and in a manner that I have never experienced before...anywhere. Thanks again for that. I ordered a bacon and egg on toast that was cooked to perfection. The egg was lovely and runny and the bacon was perfectly cooked and not too fatty. I have had similar butties from other establishments that have gone straight in the bin. This one was cooked to perfection. I honestly cant recommend this Cafe enough. Whilst waiting for my sarnie to be cooked, I briefly chatted with a pleasant young lady who I believe is the niece of the proprietors. She took time out to explain what's on offer, menu-wise, and how they are pro-actively looking for new ideas/recipes to accommodate their customer requirements/pallet. Get yourself down to Cafe Blu or order via ‘Just Eat’ – you won’t be disappointed!

From the first time trying, this has immediately become a new favourite in Warrington, with friendly service from the mother-daughter team at the counter, to the very reasonable prices, and the amazingly delicious homemade food. Highly recommended to anyone that doesn't fancy the hustle and bustle of the market.

Superb breakfast! Great value, served with a smile. The rest of the menu is fine, too. All three of us ate well. We will return!

My daughter had her wedding meal here and the food was simply magnificent. The service superb,and Ella our hostess was incredible meeting every need or request.

Visited Rio Steakhouse for a Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. We had the £22.95 unlimited meat fries and salad bar. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The service was vey attentive and friendly. The salad bar was one of the best we’ve seen for a while everything was fresh and tasty. Every one of the meats we were served was cooked to perfection and there was no waiting for the meats to be offered. We were handed a two sided disc that sits at the end of the table which when turned would indicate that you were ready or not for more meat. As soon as we turned it to the green side the meat arrived almost instantly. Special mention to our waitress Myah! Thanks for making the whole experience enjoyable. Keep up the very high standard.

I booked a bottomless brunch here for a hen do and Vandal was the perfect venue for it. The restaurant was very accommodating from the start and let me come in a few hours early to decorate. The staff were friendly and the drinks were really good quality with a good variety including the cocktails. The food was really good portions, lovely flavour and quick service. The staff were really friendly and the service was great from the start to finish. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this venue.

Great coffee! Expertly made with a friendly smile

Got a delivery, we get delivery every week from here. Some weeks you get sauce on the wings sometimes you don’t. This week no sauce, I’m getting a bit tired of spending loads on food with no sauce and waiting a long time for it. If you got a great experience every time you’d excuse it but this week again hardly any sauce and they forgot the sauce pot I ordered. Probably done here

I went here on a Sunday and the place was chocker for brunch food but I'd highly recommend their burgers. The 'Mighty Burger' from the specials section of the menu was superb! It was piled high with really tasty pulled lamb. A soft sweet bun and flavourful patty, with just the right amount of sauce and loads of pickles (bonus points here!). I also had some BBQ chicken strips which were also fantastic. Crispy but not overcooked and again layered with a perfect amount of sauce. A super enjoyable meal and excellent value. A burger like that would cost a fair bit more at most restaurants/bars. The staff were excellent too.

The biriyani was very good. Really the setting and the friendly service by the staff. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

We came here to spend our buyagift voucher on afternoon tea, and were not disappointed with our choice. Lovely cosy atmosphere and very pleasant staff, who attended to us and made our afternoon special. The tea itself was superb, freshly made, and most importantly, it tasted fantastic. Special thanks to Evie, who made sure that everything was perfect.

Had the chance to have a takeaway from Nok and has been delicious. We ordered two green curry and has been a pleasure to watch here cooking our food from scratch and have a nice chat with her. We will defitenely come back to try something else from the menu!

Beautiful cocktail bar. Friendly staff. Amazing DJs. would 10/10 recommend for venue hire for any kind of occasion!

I went here to meet my father for lunch, I was disappointed that they didn't have enough food options, like vegetarian and vegan, but the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
