Homely. Friendly and the bar staff are excellent. Always a great time in the Robin Hood and a centre for the community. The Guinness is excellent aswell

Probably the best Singapore noodles I've eaten, and that's when when I worked in Singapore. If you think they're too hot, try going to Singapore to compare - best value and the best Chinese around. I drive from Astley point to collect!

It's a Wetherspoon, so great value for money. But compared to other Wetherspoons, the food was definitely below par.

Ordered some burgers. What I got tasted like they’d been repurposed from a moving box. Called to complain, and the first guy says, “I’m not an employee, talk to the boss.” Alright, cool, I’ll just climb the corporate ladder of bad takeaways. Finally got through to the boss, who sounded as baffled as I was about what they’re serving. Honestly, lads, if confusion was on the menu, you’ve nailed it. Fix up.

The New Commercial Inn is a nice local pub with sports showing on the big TVs, a friendly sort of place and a nice selection of different drinks in one of the crowded bar areas I've seen in a long time, with so many spirits on offer (including a big gin section).

Let me hold your hand while I say this... once you order from them, there's no going back. Ingredients, overall food quality, prices, staff, it all is just a big chef's kiss.🤌🏻

Tried this place for the first time tonight and probably the last. We ordered 3 curries, a chicken tikka massala and 2 chicken tikka pathia. When the food arrived, I kid you not, but the foil trays that the curry is in was just about half full!!. That was every single one. I rang back to complain and he had the audacity to ask for a picture!! Nonetheless, I had a picture and asked him to provide an mobile number by messaging me on mine to then send the image to. He never provided one. Don't bother wasting your money on half portions with this lot, spend a little more and get a proper curry portion from a proper takeaway.

I was very disappointed with my ordering had a fillet burger and tge size of my chicken was very small it filled less than half of the bun, it wasn't noticed until I got home as I would have given it back was I still in the shop

I've been going for a number of years now. Good value for money and the food is always good and freshly prepared.

Asked for a large margarita pizza and got a small garlic bread with cheese. They overcharged me massively and got my order wrong. Go somewhere else.
