The best restaurants in Bebington Wirral North West

1st and will be the last time we order food at the place. They got both parts of the order wrong. No pitta bread with the kebab meat I ordered, and only half of the veg toppings on the pizza. Sent a garlic bread instead which I didn't want or ordered. 👎👎👎👎

**Update** over 7weeks later refund now received. **Update** 2 weeks later and still haven't received a refund. This use to be my go to takeaway but won't be ordering from here again. Order hadn't arrived after nearly 1.5hours. Rang up to be told it's on it's way...nothing for another 30mins so I called back to be told my order had only just come through. Even though they'd told me it was on it's way 30mins ago. Cancelled the order after waiting over 2hours but the refund is going to take 5working days. Great. Avoiding this place.

Salt & pepper chicken was a rock hard lump when we opened it. My son couldn’t eat it, it was that bad the small piece he did try eat he couldn’t even bite through and tasted of no chicken at all. The chips to go with this were very over cooked & ended up in the bin. The sausage dinner was the same chips where over cooked and couldn’t be chewed & the sausages where like rubber. Soup wasn’t great either. All ended up in the bin apart from the prawn crackers which where the only things edible.

They have got rid of the tv screens but have so many beer pumps that the one member of staff struggles to pass the drinks over. Cannot possibly use six lager pumps at once. We did not stay as it was cold and smelt of bleach.

Sibling has just ordered from here we ordered 2 folded garlic breads and they have came completely raw! Cheese hasn’t even melted and cold inside we’ve ordered multiple times because we love the garlic breads this is just clearly a rushed order but still very disappointing

I was looking forward to the well advertised carvery. The meat was terrible. Frozen chicken breasts rather than actual chicken. Bad quality served at tepid temperatures. Frozen veg. Tasteless gravy. My friend waited 35 minutes for his burger, which he said was average. 5 of the beers were off. Wiated ages to get served and then for the food. There seems to be quite a lot of staf, but the place is not very well run. It could be OK, but none of the staff seemed to care. I won't go there again, which is a shame as it's local.

Great service, great quality food and reasonable price. Just had Hot and sour soup, followed by beef with ginger and peppers and spring onion and then crispy beef with chilli. Excellent and highly recommended. Shop Is open 16.30 - 21.00 Tuesday to Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday and bank holidays

There was a foul odour that hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I entered the shop. Were it not for my business client wanting to meet here i'd have ran for the hills. Coffee was freezing. Apparently it was iced latte and its legit so i'll let them off. The next 30 minutes were quite uneventful until a masked man with a sawn off shotgun robbed the tills. Not quite the family friendly atmosphere i was promised. When I asked the manager for a napkin she spat in my face. Won't be returning
