The best restaurants in Eastham Wirral North West

Menu was relatively simple and the kind of preprepared food common to pub chains. But the food was good, served hot and the service was good 👍

I was there on Tuesday for a friend's mum's funeral. The food was excellent as was the attention from the staff looking after everyone. Many thanks.

Firstly this is a great local pub with fabulous entertainment as well as good sport coverage. Blind tiger inns have given a fresh breath of life to a once dying pub and its well worth a visit, Secondly this is a wet pub ie no food and no food planned, just a great way to meet local people you live around. Lets keep it with good people and we have a great landlord so long may it continue.

Staff are friendly people are friendly and the beer is amazing it was my first time there now it be my local it that of a pub

Terrible! Will not be going back. Staff all going home and we had to ask where the duck was…when it arrived it was undercooked and barely enough for 2 pancakes. No empathy from staff when paying and more interested with who served us. Paid bill in full and left never to return!!!

Great chips, but the fish can be hit & miss.

Was nice to see the animals and we had fun feeding them for £1 a bag of food(you don't hand feed ,it's down a tube ) , the inflatables were really good for 3 children for an hour was £10. But the food really let it down it was very expensive, the chicken nuggets were mushy , panini was burnt and kids chicken strips were abit spicy ,the ice-cream didn't have much flavour and was abit icy ,we would go again for inflatables but would not eat there again.

Ordered food at 6.45. Pick food up at 7 pm, brought it home.. It was cold and half the order was missing rang up to ask If we could have it remade and the rest of our order. To be met with the most rude member of staff accusing us of lying. When we were perfectly polite, just asking if they could remake our order and if we could have our missing items. Awful customer service Staff could do with being trained on how to be polite.

We have been going to feastham for a number of years and have never had a problem other than one time before they missed an item off so I did ring them and they did rectify the problem. Tonight we ordered £61 worth of food that was ment to be delivered by 8.15pm. We understand they get busy so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We rang them at 8.45pm and was told that our food had left the shop ten mins ago and wouldn't be long. The food turned up at 9.20pm freezing cold and missing items. I then rang up to explain the situation and was greeted by a really unpleasant lady that has obviously been dealing with unsatisfied customers all night as she was very rude and unapologetical. When our food was delivered the delivery drive said to my husband that it's the second time we had rang to say we were missing items and if we do it again don't bother ordering again. The lady on the phone the proceeded to tell me it wasn't her problem and then put the phone down . After we have been ordering from there for the past 6 or 7 years and have spent thousand of pounds in there establishment I feel really disappointed and will not be going there again. If I could I would give tbm no stars

The food here used to be amazing. I heard it changed hands recently and the quality of food has definitely dropped and the prices seem to have gone up. I will definitely not be going here again in the future.

Used to be pretty good, now understaffed which affects the standard of service. Breakfast food is left under the heat lamps so dries out and considering that there is not a lot on the counters , does not make for an enjoyable breakfast. Not having enough cups for the hot drinks is not good enough either. The girl looked at the empty tray and walked away. Dinner was not much better. Order was taken quickly but took in excess of 45 minutes to arrive. Sat waiting for dessert for about another 30 minutes. terribly slow service for no reason as the place was empty.

Went on Sunday 15th December - Was very busy but only one lady working. She was fantastic though - it must have been very stressful for her but she was working so hard! She was running the till, making the drinks and sorting the food out. I couldn’t do that all by myself. Hats off to her! She deserves a pay rise!!!
