Beef fried noodles is very good

Staff very pleasant but the food is dreadful- do you still make your sandwiches fresh every morning? The bread tastes so stale and also soggy at the same time- how long have these sandwiches been sitting out for? You can’t charge premium prices for what you’re selling

It’s a good place to try Chinese food. However, the service would be better to be improved.

Was a bit dubious from the outside but the food was delicious 🤤 staff all friendly and attentive

After having heard a lot of hype around this place, I finally had an oppurtunity to try it, while doing some shopping in the January sales. Had the house burger and sweet potato fries. Was very nice and hot! The burger patty seemed like high quality mince and cheese and the chips were cooked perfectly and hot and crispy. The service and price is the only reason I don't rate 5. I would say 3.5 if I could but the food was EXCELLENT. The service is pretty much non existent as its a fast food place. However they weren't even fast at cooking it. We waited nearly 20 minutes, and although not quite as expensive as five guys, was still a lot for a burger and chips. I will probably be back! But bare in mind if you don't have long it cab take them while to cook it.

This place is great. Cocktails are really reasonably priced (£6 each if you download the app) atmosphere is good and small plates are great for sharing. Will definitely be back.

Very slow and inattentive service, especially when place was nearly empty. Food good nothing out of the ordinary but also add a 15% service charge which is ridiculous considering the service we were given.

Llamaron a este café para un desayuno tardío. Pedimos dos tés y un sándwich de salchicha y un sándwich de tocino. Los dos tés llegaron en unos diez minutos. Luego tuvimos que esperar 25 minutos más para los dos bocadillos. El sándwich de salchicha fue lo más asqueroso que me sirvieron, cocinado en exceso sería una eufemismo. Después de haber terminado mi té, pedí otro para beber con el sándwich, pero como no tenía dinero en efectivo, tuve que quedarme sin él. Incluso le expliqué que tenía un problema de swllow y necesitaba una bebida con él. Esto fue tratado con burla y el camarero se fue.

Sándwiches y bebidas bastante agradables pero mesas sucias, polvo / suciedad espeso en zócalos y repisas. Piso sucio. Como estaba ocupado y no quería hacer cola de nuevo, limpié la mesa yo mismo con gel de mano y servilletas de papel. Dejé de ir en cualquier Café Nero poco después de pandemia ya que noté que, como cadena, no eran buenos limpiando. Lamento mi decisión de ir al Brighton hoy.

Great food and taste! Had soups as didn’t want huge amount but they were tasty and filling. Will go again!

Very disappointed. Service was very lack lustre. Never been before so asked for some suggestions. Suggested I chose something from the menu! I really should have thought of that. Chose the Hot spicy dish. It was like eating a bowl of salt with spice. Disgusting. Sorry but this dish was unfit for consumption

Second time visiting for lunch. Delightful healthy fresh options. Staff happy and attentive, very clean worth a visit.

On arriving staff pleasant enough and acknowledge we were sitting next to the door that was an issue. During the 45 minutes we were there we had to close the door after ever customer in and out which was extremely annoying as the cold draft was bitter and made the stay uncomfortable. The worst thing was ever the staff left it wide open each time they used it, I did challenge one staff member who left it wide open and the reply was, we always leave it open which j thought was extremely inconsiderate given they acknowledge wd were dityunv by the faculty door. Would never recommend the small batch Co to anyone as staff are very none customer friendly nor focused.

Era la hora de tomar una copa en la calle Gardner una tarde, nos sentamos afuera de la cafetería "coffee tree" "La gente mirando". cuando llegó nuestro Latte, la camarera era amable y comunicativa. El Latte se veía muy bien PERO cuando empezamos a tomarlos, ambos tragos no estaban ni cerca de "calientes". Estaban casi tibios. El azúcar que añadimos ni siquiera se disolvió en nuestras tazas correctamente. . Nos quedamos sedientos y necesitamos una bebida CALIENTE. El por qué algunos lugares sirven café frío o caliente de Latte es un misterio. Para mucha leche. . ? Agua no lo suficientemente caliente . ? No lo sabemos . .
