I’ll say it very simply: This is the best hidden gem for a home-made tasty breakfast and spicy East Indian dishes! OMG you must try the delicious samosas!! Adding to that we love the cozy atmosphere and friendly hospitality. The best way to complete your walk in the park or hide away from the city while being in it! 🤩👏🏼👍🏼💯% recommended !! Lovely place!

I first set foot in Shayan to fulfill my craving for a meaty kebab treat. As soon as I walked in, I was instantly blown away by the vibrant and inviting setting which made me feel quite comfortable. We were served by gracious people who took time in listening to us and they were quick to bring out the food we ordered. From the moment I saw the dish I ordered (Koobideh, two lamb skewers) I knew I was in for a delicious treat. The aroma of the food was enough to make my mouth water and a single bite completely changed my whole perspective on how kebabs should be done. We also indulged in some tea with additional ingredients to add on. Definitely going to return. Recommended to people looking for some good kebab.

I searched for breakfast near me, I wanted to try a new cafe, so I found this one.. hot and well made tasty breakfast( I had pouched eggs on toasted muffin with bacon and grill tomatoes 7.90£) clean place, lovely staff 👌🏻🌺 Definitely we’ll be back!

Proper 5* for everything. Yummy food, lovely staff and a nice cosy atmosphere. Big fan of each dish being introduced to you as it arrives too! Perfect for those times where you all share a little of each dish.

The restaurant is extremely stylish and decorated with a lot of dedication. The owner and his staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. All dishes were very freshly prepared, arrived quickly and were really tasty. The fish was also fresh and, according to the owner, sourced locally. Starters - Tiger Prawns & Tomato Bruschetta Main courses - Linguine allo Scoglio (fish) & tagliatelle with beef, mushrooms & truffles Desserts - Tiramisu & Lemon Sorbet with Limocello We spent the evening there as part of New Year's Eve, the ambience was excellent. Value for money was very reasonable considering the truly high quality of the dishes. Solid gold. I’ve been going here on and off since 1986. My last visit was last Saturday and it was wonderful. Nicely busy. Friendly staff and happy customers. Just wish I knew the music that was being played. DJ really knew how to create a chilled vibe. This pub should be treasured for ever.

This wonderful little bistro is to be found up a side street in Rottingdean. My wife and I dropped in for lunch. Coincidentally we both chose the same dishes, the crayfish and avocado to start with the crépè rustic for the main, both were excellent.

Took 2hrs to deliver was cooked 2hrs before leaving th cafe bread and chips so soggy I couldn't pick them up both of the meals were stone cold eggs were solid and again cold. Absolutely disgusting service.

Their food is good and the prices are average, but they charge 10% on the bill, which is called a service fee.

Great addition to boundary rd. the staff are friendly and helpful, the menu is varied and the mezzes to share are great . We ordered different meat dishes and all were very tender and cooked to perfection. It’s byo so always a bonus
