Family run coffee shop , friendly. Great for coffee, the staff is very friendly and there is excellent variety of breakfast.

Always have a great service from this take away, have ordered numerous times, great that they deliver, food is always piping hot and delicious.

Dreadful Date night Drink: A rather disappointing treatment by the waitress who was rather rude with absolutely no rationale!

Nice enough tasting kebab but was of a kids size and fairly pricey. Probably four chunks of chicken in total. Doesn’t achieve goal of filling you up so will not return.

Revolting food we gad to wait 45 minutes for. Order was wrong, was sent back to the kitchen with a backdrop of loud swearing from the ‘’chef’’ for his mistake. Waited for another 15 mins for an undercooked jacket potato, no apology no nothing. Once ready ‘chef’ loudly announced here is a jacket potato with no butter in a mocking voice… on leaving I was clearly charged for 2 jacket potatoes and the burnt panini but felt the lady behind the counter who did the maths in her head, was too passive aggressive for me to challenge. Safe to say we wont be going back.

Lovely pub. Sunday lunch was a proper plateful, great beer, wonderful welcoming atmosphere. We have found our new local 👍🍺 And here we are a month on from this review and the standard is just as high. The Sunday roast was a triumph; well cooked, hot to the last mouthful. Top marks all round once again for one of Petersfield's best pubs. Keep it up ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited twice this week and both times we have had fabulous service, great tasting food and drink’s served in a pleasant environment.

Ordered a create your own with tandoori chicken, ground beef and peppers, it came with no beef and red onions instead. The label has the right things on it. Obviously didn't check before sending out. Phoned to discuss. Nobody picked up.

This is a proper pub. No pretensions, no nonsense. The best place in Petersfield to watch sport, play darts or pool and share space with good people. They also do decent real ale.

I just felt the need today to write a review about The George after a visit last night with friends. There were eight of us coming together for a Christmas meal. Everything about the evening was fabulous, the staff were friendly and professional. The food was amazing and of a very high standard, especially for a Christmas set menu! It was all served on time and piping hot and we all commented on the quality of everything we ate. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Outstanding first class service, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Harry went above and beyond and we were and are really grateful especially given the reason for our stay. When needing a room in Petersfield, we have no reason not to stay here again, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you to all the staff that worked during our stay xx
