The people are all competent and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. It’s a happy place to be..plenty of, room and busy but no long waiting times and the food is second to none! I recommend Lowford Café to all my friends and family. Simply the best!

Walked in there everything was fine until this girl over charged for a chip butty and small chips but a chip butty is a cone of chips and a bread roll! Baring mind ur the owners daughter, didn’t realize and looked at the receipt when i got home looked on my bank to see if it was the same price it wasn’t tried calling but obviously hadn’t turned the phone on like always,if ur gonna overprice people Don’t think you should be working if your gonna do that… and the chips were all soggy from how much salt and vinegar she put on them and they all stuck to the paper and it wasn’t nice when I only live across the road.she got annoyed and angry because I wanted the chips and bread roll separate so they won’t go soggy

Highly recommend!! Impulsive call in for food before a long drive back to Nottingham and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. Perfect crispy fish and chips with yummy spicy curry sauce in a pot, service with a smile and friendly advice on where to go to enjoy my chips alfresco, thank you ☺️ Will definitely return when I’m back in the area.

We were having holiday blues so we spontaneously decided to go out for food. Gabbie and Keira were very attentive and smiley polite girls. It felt very christmassy and the food didn't disappoint we had mixed grill 😋.. Thank you

Tried making a small order. Wasent made clear on the phone about minimum card payments. telephone mannor was poor very limited custuner interaction. Rude on arrival. Would rather turn bussniess away than take card payment under 8.50. Would much rather spend 8.50 in fuel to go somewhere where they respect fheir custumers.

We stopped for lunch whilst on a long walk. The food was of a good standard and Meg was very friendly. We had a really nice time.
