Amazing service, amazing food, would recommend to everyone

Have used Panda Town for some time now and never had a bad takeaway. Usually use their delivery service which has always been reliable and the food is hot on arrival. Certainly the best takeaway in Haywards Heath, would highly recommend.

Great service friendly atmosphere

Attended a friends birthday at Roccos on Saturday night. Nice setting and a lovely welcome from the staff; cocktail menu was good, something to please everyone and appropriately priced. We preordered our food due to the size of the party and I must admit it took me a while to choose as it all sounded so tasty!! In the end I opted for the beef carpaccio as starter which was delicious followed by a pasta dish (paccheri ossolani) which was also very tasty. Would happily go back and try some other yummy options from the menu. Thanks for a fab evening.

We had a family dinner here for 15 and everything about it was excellent. The food was served promptly and was perfect, it was a fun and very relaxed evening. The singer was a surprise but he was amazing and made the evening even more special..

Waited for almost 20 minutes for our drinks on a Sunday, staff couldn’t be any slower… uninterested, prioritising customers who are after us. 3 staff on and honestly just ridiculously slow. I would leave no stars if I could given the cost of it all.

Very good quality of coffee and amazing decoration that gives it such a great vibe

Honestly very mediocre. Not awful, not anything to write home about either. It genuinely just felt like I was eating nothing. The chilli sauce wasn't good it was watery and tasteless and the doner kebab tasted like a wet sponge with some seasoning the chips weren't very good. I usually go to ephesus kebab because they do their doner kebab and chips and chilli sauce amazingly. I was curious about if there were any other kebab shops in Haywards heath of similar quality and tried ali kebab. It wasn't worth it. To anyone considering this place, I'd recommend ephesus kebab or somewhere else. Ali kebab has a lot of work to do, and they were extremely late too.

We booked for a table, and received a confirmation email, but then when we arrived after our 1 hour drive, it was closed, we had had no notice or email about this from the restaurant, and on google it claimed that they were open, we ending up eating in a lovely restaurant opposite, meaning we watched multiple other people have the same experience as us. Utterly disappointing!

They forgot my chicken chow mein after a long day of work and I got home paying full price and the bag was empty 😡

Hair in my food, staff don’t wear hats, forget to put gloves on, and don’t offer to toast sandwiches they put minimum effort in food is decent has potential

delivery took over 2 hours and didn’t even arrive. no one picks up phone calls to contact us. horrible

Visited in a group of 7 on Saturday night at peak time of 7.30. The place was full however we had first class service from Angus who was attentive to our needs and clearly happy in his job - nothing was too much trouble for him. Multiple different choices for starters and mains but all arrived smoothly and together. My meat balls starter and the main of chianti pasta ragu were both delicious. We had a good table in a corner away from the hustle and bustle which meant that we could all chat during our birthday celebrations - Zizzi were very happy to serve the birthday cake that we took along and Angus was pretty good with his singing of Happy Birthday. 5 star and highly recommended.

Terrible service, very slow to be served in spite of the fact there was lots of staff chatting etc. Returned soup because it was cold. No apology and 10 minutes to reheat it!
