A lifeless tomb of a pub. Cringey decor with those worded signs to Live Laugh Love etc. The reality could hardly be more different. Miserable owners and outrageously priced drinks. Often empty for good reason.

Came for a girls catch up and dinner. All the food we had was really lovely! The ribs!!!! The guy serving us was really helpful and flexible and didn’t complain when we were quite annoying (couldn’t decide on food 😀). As a local growing up round here I’ve avoided this pub like the plague but it’s really nice now. And was really busy on the Friday night! We’ll be back

A great meal out with a couple of vegetarian friends who declared that, having lived in the area for many years and never been in this restaurant before, it was the best Indian meal they've had since they moved here. For my wife and I it was our first visit, and we'll be going back. Excellent.

Popped into the farm shop for impromptu breakfast, and was not disappointed, The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, the food was amazing. We will be back soon.

What a lovely course shame I kept shanking my shots

We wanted a country pub in the middle of nowhere on our way home from Brighton for a roast. So many pubs to choose from but so glad so we stopped here. All roasts were of a very good standard and size. Pigs in blankets along with truffle cauliflower cheese was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended, great service. Will definately be back in the summer.

A warm welcome and a very pleasant, cosy evening with attentive service and good food....and they loved our dog! We shall return.
