Qué buena noche, qué risa. Buen servicio en el bar, lugar para disfrutar de una buena noche. Lo recomendaría 100 💯 para una buena noche de fiesta.

Unfortunately the food is just not worth the prices being asked! I don't mind paying high prices for good food. We had such a good experience when we first started having our meals here. It's such a shame that they have put profit above quality. This review is not a reflection of the hard working, friendly staff. But a mistake on the management/owners side. £14/15 for a small wrap and fries is very over priced for what is more of a take out venue. We have had numerous problems with the app also and this has never been fully rectified even after talking with one of the owners. We have gone from using this place twice a week to only on the odd occasion. Such a shame.

First time there and won’t return. For a pint of beer waited 15 min. I don’t wanna try with anything else. Thank you, but no. Eventually barman came with the coffee instead. They weren’t even that busy..

We ordered pizza and it came 1:30 hours later after we called and asked about it took long they sent it cold and they didn’t cut the pizzas! Very low quality and low service!

Disponíamos de pocas opciones para cenar a las 23:00 en Bournemouth y queríamos cenar en Pizza Hut. Cuando ya estábamos en el local y quisimos pagar no nos quisieron aceptar las tarjetas prepago, ya que sólo las aceptan en restaurantes y no en la opción de Delivery, como era el caso. El local es pequeñito pero hace su función, la ubicación es mejorable y la higiene correcta. Por lo que respecta al servicio es amable, algo lento y no despistado. Nos aconsejaron ir a otro Pizza Hut para utilizar la tarjeta prepago (y estaba cerrado) y se equivocaron en mi pedido. Seleccioné la opción de crear tu propia pizza para hacer de la cena la opción más saludable posible y me la pusieron con queso y sin champiñones. Todo al revés. Elegí la pequeña y me pusieron la mediana.. La comida que sirven está buena, pero el servicio ha de estar mucho más atento…

Acabo de mudarme a la zona tan nuevo en este pub, pero me encantan las cucharas. Este está bien para una bebida, el personal es educado y amable y el ambiente es bueno. El único inconveniente es la comida. Necesitan un nuevo cocinero. He pedido unas 6 veces y 5 veces ha sido horrible. Creo que las virutas se recalientan, se queman y se secan. El resto de la comida también ha sido horrible. Decidí no comer aquí nunca más sin el riesgo. Les sugiero que tomen algunas lecciones del Pozo Musgoso en Muswell Hill, Londres. Su comida siempre es buena. El Mary Shelley y la luna en la plaza son mucho mejores también. Espero que haya una mejora pronto como me gustaría comer en mis cucharas meteorológicas locales.

Never again, I do not recommend. I ordered fries that were undercooked, the only plus was the topping. Finger-sized chicken strips with 1% meat and the rest is tasteless breading. I would give it less than one star but I can't when it comes to the food. The only plus is good service and people who work there

I love this takeaway and the doner kebabs are BY FAR THE BEST IN THE AREA. It’s with a heavy heart I write this- large used to mean large, now if I order a large it looks no bigger than a medium. I know it must be difficult to judge. Maybe a measurement should be used such as a bigger box or a certain amount of cuts. If it’s just guessed then sometimes the customer will feel shortchanged paying £1.20 more for no more. This stops me giving 5/5
