The best restaurants in Bristol, City of South West

The pasta dishes were all frozen and defrosted for us to eat. My friend ate his chicken pasta and it was literally frozen in the middle, so the waiter had to microwave it for longer. Really disappointing and also dangerous if meat is not defrosted properly before eaten.

Our party of four had the best of both worlds—three of us opted for Indian dishes, while one indulged in Chinese. Everyone left happy and satisfied! I personally loved my Indian choices. The bhaji was crispy and full of flavor, the korma was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, and the naan was soft, fluffy, and fresh from the oven. Each dish was beautifully prepared and tasted authentic and delicious. The service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. What really added to the experience was the cozy, intimate vibe of the restaurant. It’s small, but in the best way—inviting, warm, and perfect for a relaxed dinner. If you’re looking for a unique mix of Indian and Chinese cuisine in a welcoming setting, this place is an absolute must-visit! I’ll definitely be returning.

An incredible Irish pub that has a lush wooden structure which is really immersive with great people, great drinks, and overall a great experience. The pub also features live music all of the time, and it constantly seems to have a great atmosphere with lots of customers almost every night.

For such a small restaurant it never dossapoints from a food and drink point of view.

Lovely pub with great staff. Brilliant selection of AF and normal beers. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they sell which is always useful. They don't do food but don't need to.

Excellent pizzas, and friendly staff

Very well catered for by the Chap called Lewis, advised about all the gluten free goodness of this fine establishment, popped in for a couple of pints. I’ll be back to enjoy some of the gluten free menu soon. Many thanks

The food was good but really expensive and tiny serving.

If not the best, the most tasty and flavoured pork I have ever tated outside Cuba. Generous portions, fresh ingredients and spices, tender, incredibly well cooked, and well presented. The staff were attentive and friendly at all times, there were a couple of complimentary drinks that we appreciated very much. Lighting and atmosphere are both appropriate. The decor 😎, you better read yourself... Good value for money and quantity. The restaurant, kitchen, and otter amenities are very well organised and clean. Centric, 5 minutes from the centre. Dishes I recommend, Roast Pork and Pulled Beef, the Tres Leches Flan, was also good and tasty. Personally, I did not like the Tamales much, but overall, all food comes well prepared and delightful. I'll most certainly return.

Wonderful tasty ramen with veggie options! The oyster mushrooms starter with curry mayo style dip was amazing too!

So nice. Really enjoyed it here. Went for the cheapest of the three choices and had a fabulous time.
