The best restaurants in Central Town North Devon South West

Really cute place, even on a rainy day. Went for lunch with friends and we had a lovely time. Portion sizes are great and it's reasonably priced!

The best around for sure will travel the 40 miles again

Amazing restaurant and bar. The decor is lovely and the staff are friendly, especially our waiter Aaron who also worked at the front desk. Couldn't recommend enough!

What an absolutely amazing meal, 7 of us went for an Xmas work doo tonight and the staff and chefs did an amazing job as we honestly ordered Alot of food, all the food came out at the same time for everyone and all piping hot, Everyone enjoyed everything we ordered and all agreed we will be coming back Thank you for an amazing meal

Visited for a meal on News Years Eve. Really lovely food and staff were great. I have been a couple of times before and never been disappointed. Would recommend this place 😊

We met some family here for a lunch and when I arrived If I'm honest I didn't think would be good food. However as soon as we were greeted the staff were super friendly and very accommodating, bringing highchairs before even asking. They are very friendly, helpful and just so lovely. Everyone working there were fabulous nothing seemed too much. Food was absolutely delicious everyone's food was amazing as were the children's meals. Really fresh. It was that good we all met up again the next morning for breakfast 😋 Would definitely come back next time we visited. Thank you so much for being so amazing and was a really relaxed experience.

Ordered a takeaway which was exceptional as always. I used to go here often with my ex partner and sadly haven’t been as much as I’d like to for a little while but tonight I caved into a takeaway and I’m so glad I did. My favourite people and my favourite food. This place never fails. The most friendly and kind team, can’t beat it. Thank you guys, as always. 🫶🏼

Lilico’s used to be one of my favourite dinner spots in Barnstaple. The tapas dishes were amazing and there was always a good atmosphere so when a friend suggested we go here with our partners for dinner we thought we’d give it a go, first time since it has been taken over by someone else and well let’s just say it will also be the last. Food was bland, probably the worst I have ever had. Cocktail menu was boring. Staff were miserable. And it was dead in there. Such a shame that Lilicos has been ran down into the ground.

Was recommended this place. Went in for lunch today approx 1.15pm As you walk in there's a sign saying plse wait here to be seated. After several minutes standing there. Place looked empty including staff didn't hear or see any staff so we left. Did to up their game.
