The best restaurants in Teignbridge South West

Never dined in so can't say about the atmosphere, the food is good BUT the delivery time is appalling, multiple times now been easily over an hour later than it said. Got charged once and given a refund. Which never came through. This place is horrid for its delivery times. The food good but not worth the wait of 3 hours+. ALSO said they would add a simple starter for the hour+ wait.... Guess what. They didn't. Also the salad, brown salad with a weird smell.

Not used naz in a few years but we got recommended to use them, so we thought we'd give it another try. Wow, what a difference, food was full of flavour, it wasn't greasy, very tasty indeed. Highly recommended and we'll be recommending you to others👍🙌

Had our first takeaway from Shahnaz last night - and it won’t be our last! Food arrived hot, very fresh, and delicious. Would highly recommend and a fast delivery service. Thank you so much

We had a fantastic Sunday lunch here. The food arrived very quickly after ordering and was delicious; sauces and extra gravy were brought to the table straight away as well which was great. As always the atmosphere was very welcoming and the service was first class.

Was just trying to see about what they do as a Steak meal, for myself and the Wife for my birthday... ... Website is awful, couldn't find specific info, won't bother in future,not just going to turn up on the off chance and hope for the best..... Heard good things,but won't bother if you can't be bothered to encourage people...you obviously don't need our custom anyway!!

Ideal location. Lovely pub feel, so typical of Hall and Woodhouse. Fantastic room, far beyond our expectations. Fabulous staff, so friendly and helpful, ironed out a minor concern with ease and great skills. We will return, no doubt.

Izaak who ran the cider and gin making session was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and fun. He made us feel welcome and had us laughing and keen to participate. We had an excellent day out at Bovey Castle. The bar staff were not as ready to interact, or even serve us as Izaak was, but everyone else was lovely.

Wonderful lunch and great service. One of those of pubs you don't come across very often nowadays with looks of nooks and cranies and a genuine feel about the place. The cost of the meal & drinks seemed slightly expensive considering the location but apart from that all good.

Proper nice local pub, friendly staff and locals too! Stopped for an adult beverage 🍻🍺stayed for the company and local chat. Didn't eat. Parking not so good, but will return for more good times

Very nice, coffees always lovely and afternoon tea was good. Lovely walks nearby.

Disappointing visit. We had received a recommendation to have a meal in this pub, but upon arrival it clearly stated that dogs were not welcome "due to food hygiene reasons". This must be one of the very few places in Devon where dogs are not allowed - not even Guide or Assistance dogs (which mine is). Sadly, we left.

Great good and a great Elvis we really enjoyed our evening
